I am back in school finishing a degree in biology. Remax parkside has told me they will not rent to anyone without a current pay stub for three times rent despite credit history and ability to pay. This requirement is prohibitive for anyone with a full time course load. To find housing is difficult in Olympia, and remax parkside’s policy compounds the situation for anyone earning an education
