Thank you your honorable miss schaller (sp) for seeing through the BS. I appreciate it. It really helps when someone recognizes time wasted over something that never happened and boots the case without unnecessary delay for either party. I appreciate it. It really changed my personal perspective of the superior court.

Sadly my wife has been sick with mental illness and required hospitalization dozens of times. The court has always shown compassion.

This is much better than the Supreme Court.

Easy to get through security and easy to pay a fine. There is a 2.5% convenience fee for using a card to pay a fine.

Nice calm and clean atmosphere. Also has some great staff. 10/10 would speed again.

Good experience, but one thing lacking: Explanaton of process for filing small claims should be n this site.

1. File claim (form available at TCDC front desk)
2. Pay fee ($29.00)
3. Take your copy and have defendant served (or can have Sheriff's office serve for $50.00 fee).
4. Go to court on date set.
