Very thorough in her explanations and while answering questions and concerns from customers.
When I had questions, I called her directly and she took her time with so much patient to explain the details of my policy.
I'm very comfortable with Allstate insurance right now but all this is because of Ms Shellie!
Ms Shellie equips me with all information that makes me successful and reassured when driving.
