Kohl's

Late morning on a weekend, schedule was tight and time short. Locating the items I was seeking was easy, quick and without any issue. Check-out was 1-2-3 done, including bagging the product. Two check-out stations were open, traffic was light and I would estimate my time in store as 10-12 minutes, yes it was early, but there was customer traffic. Nice job!

I originally went to Kohls as I had a couple Amazon returns. Madisyn was extremely helpful and sweet. She also made me feel confident that my returns would be handled properly because she is very professional.
I purchased a couple of items on the way out of the store and checked out with Kylie. She also was very sweet and helpful with directing me to where the returns are processed when I first walked in.

Kohls is a great resource for all sorts of home goods and furnishings. Beyond the normally excellent selection, they have regular, and steep discounts on quality products. Don't expect to have to replace anything you get here within the year!

I have been very happy with my experiences with Kohl's I get my questions answered and help if I need it! I truly like shopping at all Kohl's!!!

My favorite Kohls to shop at! Hands down best customer service! Store is clean. I'm greeted upon entry. And customer service at check out is awesome! I always highly recommend people get a Kohls card, because Kohls cash and the deals during weekends and holidays are amazing!

You can take your Amazon returns to Kohl's now and get 25% off coupon! Genius way to get more customers into the store and start spending! I was able to snag these $100 boots during a sale with my 25% coupon and only paid $69 for them! Great place! You will find anything there and I am happy to start shopping there.

We went in over the weekend. It was my first time coming here since I was a child some 25 years ago. Thoroughly enjoyed how clean the store was and how friendly all of the employees were. Most everything was on sale so prices were fair. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back again.

Always great service and their clothes are better than a well known department store.

Employees in Customer services are very polite and friendly efficient and knowledgeable regarding sales and passing on the information to. Customers . Returns are fast.

I have always loved Kohls. My Mom received an email with $10 of Kohl's cash in it, plus she had another $20 that she had saved up....but it was kinda funny because they sent her two identical emails both with $10 of Kohl's cash in them, but when we scanned them at the store it was the same $10 in both emails. Seems like kind of marketing scam to me honestly because I bet my mom isn't the only one that gets duplicate emails with Kohls cash in it like that. We should have pressed the issue and made them honor it... I could be wrong, I really hope I'm wrong. Maybe it was just a glitch in The matrix! My birthday is coming up this month so she used some of the cash to buy me a new pair of shoes there that were on sale for $45, so I guess I really can't complain! I really expected prices to be higher because of the way inflation has been, but the prices almost seemed lower than they usually are which was great. My mom also bought some new towels, a microwave egg cooker and a miniature waffle iron for the fifth wheel so her and my Dad can have tiny waffles when they go camping. All in all it was great to spend time shopping with my mom on my day off and I am glad Kohl's is still around. Just being there brings back memories of us shopping with my grandma when she was alive still. I really miss her but it's nice to reminisce over the memories when we are there.

The woman who helped me, jasmine, was amazing, totally understanding and willing to really help and go beyond the extra mile to make sure I was getting the right thing that I not only wanted but needed.

Then the cashier lady was very flattering. I caused her, interesting reactions, and I stayed calm. Lol. Over all one of my best exp inside a store, well anywhere going solo (by myself) when I'm in my clubbing outfits. Never been so calm and relaxed and felt accepted and safe. Ty both! Hugs!

Jasmine helped me find 3 possible "true to my size" bras. Since actually dont know my size anymore since I've changed size and weight. With the 3 pictured.

I never used to go to kohl's until I had to do an Amazon return. First, they make returns so easy! Then I started looking around the store...a lot of nice things there.
I want to give a shout out to Heather! She was just awesome! She helped me figure out how to shop Kohl's even better! She is patient and kind and so very helpful.

Very impressed with how clean and organized this store is. Prices seem slightly high, but there are notable discounts if you join their membership program.
