Bob was AMAZING! Doing anything from 3000 miles away is a daunting task, and selling a house may be a little bit tougher. Bob was an integral part in the sale of my home. We began working together in February 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Bob was instrumental in assisting with dealing with the contractor, from staying on top of deadlines, to even picking out flooring.

Decided to sell a rental property remotely. Initially very apprehensive about starting the process, gave Bob the first call after reading a few positive online reviews.
