Panera Bread

Came here on a rainy Saturday for some comfort food. Ordered a Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Never thought apple chips and pecans could taste so good in a salad! Food was made pretty fast and everything tasted great! I felt like the sandwich could have used more filling, it felt a little emptier than their online menu pictures show.

Only had one person taking orders and had a line to the door. On one of the orders instead of pic two got full size of everything. It was late afternoon and it was packed. Orders slow coming out. Food was good and tasty

I do love this Panera Bread, and go for breakfast occasionally on my random trips. The food is good and nicely plated, and the service is good. The employees seem happy and well team based. I usually get the Margarita Pizza with sausage added, or the Turkey sandwich. They have a nice selection of teas,smoothies, coffee, and fountain drinks. I do feel some of the cookies served here could be marked down a bit, but theres a decent selection of cookies, pastries, breads, and other items.

I spent a pleasant couple of hours here a few weeks ago while waiting for my car repair to be finished. Food is good and counter staff very friendly. She even let me refill my tea in a new cup after I accidentally added coffee instead of hot water to my original cup. There were a number of regulars there, mostly seniors for whom it is obviously a place to socialize.

This was actually one of the best Panera breads I’ve stopped at. For a fast meal I suggest it

New to the area since July 21, sorry - late post! This Panera 99.9% of the time, is 10 stars!!! By far THE BEST Panera I've ever been to, and I've been going for 15+ years! One of the managers, Shelly is excellent! Very good customer service, she's always very accommodating and more than willing to fix anything that comes up. The drive thru, also, again, I'm not kidding when I say, 99.9% of the time, again, are the best!! Always so friendly, kind, genuine!! Overall quality and customer service. There's another manager who's also always nice!! Don't remember the name.

Just overall - THIS Olympia Panera - Super friendly and fresh food and coffee. 🙂

Great food, I loved the white cheese steak sandwich! The service crew was very helpful getting the food to my table when they saw I only had one functioning hand, and the clean up crew was the same. Good job guys!

We had a great experience. My mother has an obscure oil allergy. Randy at this location went above and beyond making sure that everything was as safe as possible for her. I really appreciated how he went the extra mile.

The best chai tea latte I've ever had amazing customer service from the woman with the honey brown hair she was very sweet and helpful and deserves a promotion I don't remember all that well but I think her name was eva

It was WAYYY quicker to use my app and order takeout than it would have been to order from the drive thru line. There were 8+ cars in the drive thru for lunchtime traffic and there was 10+ people standing in line to place their order. It took only 8mins for food to be ready for pickup after I ordered. I only get a 30min lunch break, so it was perfect!

Always delicious! Friendly environment with great staff that makes a person feel welcome. Everything is so fresh and the bread is to die for. I highly recommend spending your lunch hour here!! It's also a great place to put on some headphones and do some work on the laptop!

I got cheese quiche.. blueberry muffins.. cranberry muffins.. pumpkin muffins..and I got it for my dentist and everybody there.. They just Love It.!!! They said the quiche was amazing and so were the muffins.!!! The people there..Were So Helpful and Kind.!! Helping me with my order..I Love coming here cuz they make me feel So at Home..

Business travel brought me to this Panera location. It’s been my morning breakfast on the go spot for a week now. Every morning I am greeted by a smiling, friendly staffer. My orders are quickly made as specified. The bakery items taste as good as they look. Everything is fresh and delicious. Thanks so much for getting my day off to such a good start.

I would like to compliment the Panera service I just received from the Capital Mall bakery cafe in Olympia, WA. This review is based on my order delivery today. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional and they personalized my online order to accommodate and honor my order request. They went out of their way to ensure I was fully satisfied with my ordering experience. Rest assured I will be placing another order soon. Once again thank you Panera for a positive outcome.

Super popular location, so if you are in a rush, consider visiting just before or after the lunch hours as they are seemingly always slammed. The staff are a mix of really dynamic personalities and lackluster folks just there for a paycheck. For the most part, they are fantastic. I frequent this place and my only wish is that they offer more gluten free options and label the ones they do have. Once, I overheard an employee tell a customer that certain holiday cookies were gluten free, but there was no way to know to ask that. If you need to customize your order, I recommend you go inside. The drive thru is next to a busy street and the staff often struggle to hear over the road noise, especially on rainy days.

Ann was great! The food is always good! Mac and cheese is the best thing on the menu! You can order from kiosk which makes waiting in line more entertaining and easier to look through all the items in the menu. Also you can customize anything anyway you want. Eat here if you have not yet and if you have already then go back lol

When I called the store about my delivery order not arriving, the manager, Randy was incredibly understanding and helpful. He listed to what happened and worked with me to figure out the best solution. After calling the delivery company I was told that the driver had "canceled" the order on their end, and that Panera would have to refund me. I called Randy back and he immediately refunded my order and remade it for me. I was so thankful for such amazing customer service. He even threw in an extra cinnamon bun for my trouble!

The drive-thru is always very very slow. But the food is always awesome! I highly recommend the apple and cranberry lemonade!

Absolutely the best and largest meal for the buck. Can't wait until the next time. Staff was wonderful also there was a little confusion about my side order so they chose to bring me both. I was really surprised at the size and quality for what they chage. Left very happy and satisfied.
