Oh Bath & Body Works. The Costco of candles. You walk in Costco for one item and leave with a bag of cat litter. You have no cat.

Same thing as Bath & Body Works. You walk in for one amazing Fall or Winter or Spring or Summer candle. Next thing you know you have the cute candle holder, the sanitizer, the sanitizer holder and some hand soap. Also the hand soap holder and now a wallflower. What is a wallflower? You have no idea yet you grab one "just in case". Then you find you have body wash and shower gels.

When the kind helper asks if you need a bag as you walk in, just take one. You'll need it. Saves the walk of shame later for one as you juggle all your 3 wick candles.

The bath and body work at Capital Mall is where I do my shopping for candles and body spray. They have a large selection of body care and hand soaps, and candles.

What can I say?! SEMI-ANNUAL SALE?! HAD to Stop in! LOVE Bath and Body Works! Picked up some Soaps, Candles, And Body Wash for my Man Today! Love this store and the Employees are SO GREAT!

This company is the BEST! My daughter sent me a gift set on Mother’s Day, but I’m not too fond of the scent. I just called them to see if I could exchange it (I live in a small town 100 miles away and don’t get to town very often), and she said “Sure!! We want you to be happy with our products!”
Man, that is how you run a great business. I’m even happier that I’ve spent a lot of money at their stores in the past. Customer for life!!!

I really love when they have their sales so a customer can stock up on what they may need. When you go to their store the employees are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. If a customer shops online they make it so easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I find it harder to shop online though because I just have to smell all of the new scents!

Super helpful staff. I am always helped immediately when I enter the store. They are constantly rotating product and have amazing deals (like buy 3 get 2) going on all year. Amazing scents. I stop by here almost every time I go to capital mall.

I recently moved to Olympia and decided to shop at the Capital Mall. Although this Bath & Body Works store is much smaller than the Tacoma Mall's store, the product displays are beautiful as always. I appreciated the employee who made me feel very welcomed and informed and she even asked for my name. That truly showed me good customer service! Since there was a good deal going on, I bought into the deal.

ABSOLUTELY Hands Down the most EXCELLENT customer service and Products!! I have never experienced such a professional, friendly and accommodating store in my life! I will forever shop here! It was my daughter's 25th Birthday weekend so what better then to take her shopping. There were some pretty good sales going on today so needless to say we put a dent in that store lol. Great place to ship.

Pretty much identical to every other Bath and Body. However, what made this such a great experience is that I wanted a wallflower that was being displayed but I couldn't find. The employee I asked helped me look, then looked in the back, and finally pulled down the display for me when another couldn't be found. It was great.

Crazy busy! Friendly and helpful employees. Even though the checkout line was really long, they had 4 registers open and they kept the lines moving very quickly.

i love going to this location when i am in the area. they have scents that are only at limited locations and they are always very helpful and courteous. if they find a bottle that looks like it's been opened or is defective they grab you another one.
