Love pennies. Has and always will be one of my favorite places to shop. There's always some sort of sale for at least 15 to 20 % off your item. Quality is good. All that jazz. This penny's even has a pic studio and hair salon so that along with having a jewelry and makeup department, yeah JCP is still doing that! ♡

I have 4/5 places I periodically ✔ the consistent deals @ like GW & Ross- here it's An ever changing clearance rack in back corner & random deals throughout,🔥🧥👕👖🧦 once a month do a walkthrough as pass on way home🏡__🏫__🚶

I always had a good experience at this location. The cashier at the return station is the best! She is always pleasant to talk to. There is often someone on the floor when help is needed, which is a plus. There is a large selection of hair care products on sale by the salon side that I was surprised to see as I never go to that side of the store. I've been to several locations, but this one is my favorite because of the service.

Wow I must say I haven't been in one in 5 years. I'll be shopping here slot. I got great Christmas bargains. Staff was very helpful store is clean and well stocked

JCP is at the Capitol Mall they're also dog friendly. We brought our dogs with us Christmas shopping they had a blast meeting people. We went late right before close so it wasn't super busy. I love the perfumes on sale for Christmas gifts every year.

I love the petite section, which some stores have eliminated. This store had everything I needed in a hurry, and the pleasant and helpful staff to help me find. Special thanks to Asa!

To the Sales Associate who just helped my 16 year old son find a suit for Homecoming: THANK YOU! He said you were super excited to help find a suit that was perfect for him and he enjoyed your stories about you own boys when they were in High School! The suit is perfect and he will look very nice at school events for the next couple of years. I am looking for your name on the receipt, but can't find it. I initially went here to purchase a few dress shirts, pants, and ties. After talking with my friend who is familiar with fashion trends and legal attire, he recommended shopping on JCPENNEY'S website instead. Here I found what I was looking for, for HALF The PRICE! Pickup in store was smooth with no issues, and items were ready to pickup within a couple days 👍 Salon staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I always love their quality, selection and pricing. I'm on a tight budget/fixed income, but am still able to shop @ Penneys. Their Clearance and markdown racks are full of bargains! When I ask about sales, coupons or discounts, they will always apply whatever is available. They will even tell me if something is going on sale next week or marked for clearance. And since I live about 40miles from the nearest Penneys, I appreciate that there usually isnt a limited time frame to return items!

Best customer service ever. When my mom left her wallet in men's section the staff worked after hours to go look for it and bring it to her even after the store was closed. We can't thank them enough for their kindness. Plus we found the perfect jacket and pants.

I like shopping at Penney's, I always have. They have brand-name clothing and a lot of other choices. Prices are very good and quality is good.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Olympia store, where I was helped by several very friendly associates. My cashier, Åra, was absolutely delightful and even went to check and see if one of my purchases was a sale item (it WAS!). As a side note, I was unable to connect to the Survey site listed on the receipt, as the Access Code was just a series of X's. Maybe a glitch?

Went into get Jean's. Good selection. Good variety of clothes, shoes and belts for all ages. Household items and other miscellaneous home goods. Greeted at the door with a smile. Friendly at checkout. Some lines depending on the day and times. Store is clean. If your VACCINATED you don't need a mask.

It was good...especially for it being Christmas Eve. Went to the salon first, which is always fun ..I love my beautician Miha! Then, I was helped by a very nice young lady, the cashier by the bath & bedding area. She set aside some rugs I wanted to buy on my way back from the mall. I came back through and was helped again by a very nice young man (Assoc #0280, who rang me up. Just a very pleasant experience. Both associates at that register are an asset to your team.
