Pence-Cole Valley Transit Center Park and Ride Lot

Nice bus transfer location. Has an enclosure for getting out of wind, a driver's break building, and has overall roof over center boarding area. No rest room or other services for bus passengers. Smoking allowed in an uncovered designated smoking area if you have a longer wait time.

Spots for motorcycles, how neato. There's a specific passenger pickup area. Better than parking downtown.

Great service to rhe entire valley and into spokane quickly, buses leaving every 15-20 min

Its set up good. Has a TV monitor outside that helps find your time on next bus. Maps of routes. Covered area for seats in all weather. I don't like that it doesn't have a bathroom !!! Or at least a honey bucket !!! Also seems the machine for passes doesn't work a lot of the time. But makes me wonder if some thief trys to break into it. But I see security officers sometimes.

A great location for a valley transit center. The buses are all fairly easy to find.

Driver's are always nice.

Most drivers are friendly and the buses are usually sanitary. I must admit that because of this being a public system, you cannot decide who can ride so their is almost half the time an unruly passenger, rude, or drunk and fighting which makes a bus ride so much worse.

Great place to park and ride. No bathrooms but there is shelter to get out of the rain and wind.
