Absolutely amazing dental care, lovely receptionist, coming here has erased all my fears of dentistry!

Dr. Amanda Cordero is truly exceptional. I never want another dentist.

They're also incredibly covid safe which is a massive relief.

There's also practically no wait, which is not my experience in any other medical setting.

Setting appointments have been a breeze, all of the staff is respectful, friendly, and efficient. I've gone to have a filling replaced and soon I'll be heading in for a cleaning. Highly recommended!

The Staff, from the receptionist to the Dentist, are very proficient and kind.

Never answer the phone have to call 5 times minimum and they don't respond to voice-mails. Their computers are down and I've waited 20 minutes even though I showed up when their employees did for the day. I work nights and its really inconvenient that they woke me up yesterday with a phone call to confirm my appointment today at 730am just for then to not be ready for me. I just needed a cleaning I don't understand why you need the computers. Go old school and take a note and enter info later. The only reason why this isn't a 1 star rating is because Dr. Doyle is absolutely amazing and worth tolerating these things for.

Valley View canceled my appt due to snow, then counted it as a no show and canceled my next appt. I drove the 45 min drive to no appt, got it straightened out (they apologized and said they'd take care of it right away), then it happened AGAIN! They apologized again, and I let them know we'd be finding another dentist to avoid such headaches.

It's too bad as my hubby really liked their new hygienist & I was looking forward to meeting her. Can't deal with such crummy tracking of details though, they canceled me 3 times because they closed for snow then charged me with a no show. Leaves a big question mark on other admin & patient tracking concerns...
