Myla was great as I came in with a warm greeting and fantastic smile! She even explained the best way to make a bowl as I was getting my meal to go 👌 Preston and Dylan you guys are awesome!! My food taste great, fully cooked plus the conversation was fun while I waited for my food ! Thank you! Will definitely be back!!

Pretty great place for some hot grub. Their were two cooks making the food when I was there and worked as a team. They have a separate TIP pot for them. I encourage for everybody to leave them something. Since they have to work hard and in the heat they're entire shift. They deserve it.

They were super busy and still has good customer service! All the food was stocked and they had 4 chefs at the grill. Try the cookie dough rancoons. They were so tasty!

One of my favorite places to go now that I work out in the valley. I don’t like fetching my own food and waiting in line for it to cook, but it’s all part of the experience. Wish they were open later and didn’t close down the food until after close.

Chefs were cool & I was happy to find meatless options for the bbq. Also they have a dessert option for diy campfire s'mores, which I didn't get, but that just sounds like fun.

I've come here for years, mainly for family gatherings. We have some picky eaters but they can easily find something they will love. Everytime we come we always see people with allergies and they make it super easy to accommodate and make sure there isn't any cross contamination (always a concern with allergies).

My partner and I went there a few days ago for his birthday. The food was great, the server was really awesome, and the cook was a really good dude.

HOWEVER, a guest ruined the experience. He and I were waiting for our food to be cooked. Our bowls were placed down at the same time, and finished cooking at the same time. His food was plated first bc he got there first. The cook used to spatula to gather my food together before plating the other customers food, when all of a sudden the other customer started yelling at the cook for touching raw fish.

What raw fish?? I had chicken and bacon in mine, and like I said earlier, they were both fully cooked at the same time.

The other customer stormed off making a scene and when I got my food and sat down, other customers were saying how rude that guy was being.

The cook was amazing by keeping cool about being yelled at while doing his job. He did nothing wrong, and this other customer was just being rude!

Really great experience here for my 2nd time after a couple years. There were 3 guys on the grill. Looked like another woman on the ingredient line, and a dish person. Place was clean. I almost slipped twice on the same spot of floor near the dishes. Make sure to tip the grill guys I pit in $10 for the hard work they do to make sure food is properly cooked through. Waiter was attentive and came back many times to ensure our service was met. Would definitely return if I want stir fry made on the spot and don’t want to cook at home! 4/5 for affordable asian food in the area. Meal only came out to $18.99 for dinner which is very affordable for 2 plates I had!

My first time here and I had an amazing experience. Staff is very courteous and professional. Due to Covid-19, the staff was wearing masks and taking all the necessary precautions to keep us safe. It is an All You Can Eat place. There are decent choices and variety of sauces, ranging from mild to extremely hot. If you have any food allergies, just let them know and they literally clean and scrape whole grill down to metal. Unlimited refills for drinks. There is handicap parking available. Prices are really decent and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing staff and excellent tasting food. Lots of cross contamination on the veggie and sauce bars. Sauce ladles sticky and covered in sauce.

The vibrant atmosphere, skilled chefs, and friendly staff make it a must-visit for anyone craving flavorful Asian cuisine in a lively setting.

Vegan options and they've added more veggies! Only go if you are really hungry; it's all you can eat! They prepare the food before your eyes, and the best part is you get to create your own dishes! You pick the meat, veggies, and noodles or rice, and sauce etc. and put them into as many bowls as you can carry to be cooked by "musical chefs" (as in musical chairs but with the chefs revolving). It's quite the experience if you've never been. They have recipe cards if you don't trust yourself to concoct a dish. If you have food allergies, I would avoid this place like the plague because everything is cooked in the same vicinity along with several other people's dishes. The grille is one large circle and excess food is scraped off into the center of the grille where there is some sort of disposal system. Food flies and you'll lose some of the food you brought up to the grille so be generous with the amount of food you select to be cooked.

Hu Hot is one of my Wife and I's go to's. We love the food and service here. Quality is pretty much always consistently fresh, the cooks do a really good job, and the wait staff has been here for awhile and is superb.

We were so excited to visit here today. It is my son's favorite restaurant. We rarely eat out and it's been 4 years since we were here. The food did not disappoint. I was only sad that I couldn't get the app to work to earn rewards :)

This is my favorite Mongolian grill. I don't even live in Spokane anymore, but come back for this. It will ruin you for any other place like it because it is the best. The price is fantastic for all-you-can-eat, the staff is fun and nice, the food is as delicious as you want to make it.

Dined in, took 20 minutes to get seated - popular place. The service was good (thanks Derek), food was cooked great (thanks Kyle). All you can eat is good concept but I cannot make it worth the cost.

Props to them for putting good social distancing guidelines in place and following them. They even have a volunteer register for contact tracing. And their food is delicious. With lots of options, I had no trouble coming up with a different combo each trip I made.
