Big Boy

Stop in there today for lunch and our server who was very nice hit an error button on the machine which didn't push the order through. To make a long short the level of professionalism with an apology will keep me coming. Its been a while since my family have experienced good customer service! The food was delicious!

We went on a Sunday around 4pm. It wasn't busy. It was clean. The table we were at was cold because of the AC. We had a good time though. Our server was very nice and friendly. The food was good, made well and didn't take too long to come out. The bacon honey mustard sandwich was good I wish it had more of the honey mustard sauce on it, I'd order extra next time. No complaints really beside it being cold in there. It was a good experience.

We went in on a Sat with a hungry 5yr old lol. And perhaps they were short staffed but we were seated and waited for about 20 minutes before we finally let them know that nobody came to our table to take our order. The manager or owner/ great guy who always seems to be in an upbeat mood, came over to apologize. He was very kind and courteous and genuinely felt bad that we had waited so long. He sent us a wonderful waitress. She was amazing, food was amazing and they discounted our bill. Always great service and food when we go to this location.

Was actually a let down the service sucked so bad the waitress that works there has been there forever and feels entitled to ignore u I had 2 ask for a refill on coffee and still almost didn't get it but I got an attitude for asking. The food wasn't anything like it usually is either the whole experience was the worst I've had in a long time.

At Big Boy, I found the menu to be diverse with delicious options, and the generous portions left me satisfied. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff's attentiveness contributed to an overall enjoyable dining experience

Show me and my friend went to last Saturday. We liked it it was different they change the inside. And the food was just great. My friend had the mushroom scramble I also had a scramble call The works it was piping-hot from the beginning to the end. Bottomless cup of coffee. And fill you up biscuits. We'll be going back again

The new manager, Alex, was absolutely wonderful and incredibly accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone! It's becoming rarer these days to find such a manager who goes to the lengths he does with his customer service and ethics. Wish I could give 10 stars. Way to go, Alex, keep up the hard work!

Big Boys still Got it!! Great service, the food was tasty, the hot fudge ice cream cake will always be the classic! Definitely will go back!

Amazing experience. Food was great. Staff was fun and polite! Kitchen was respectable and honest. They dropped one of the onion rings told us about it and fried up one single onion ring and brought it to us, like wow awesome. The what I assume was the owner brought the kids the TOY WAGON, where they were able to sift through a bunch of toys and pick some out, SO AWESOME. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived close. I went during lunch time and the place was dead. After the service and food we experienced I can't see how.

It's Big Boy. Missed the Hot Fudge Ice cream cake. Get your fix. Still as good 👍

Ariel was a fantastic server and the spinach and feta cheese bread was SO good!

I haven't been to Big Boy in years and decided, on the spur of the moment, to have dinner there. I had planned on just ordering a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to find out they were having a seafood promotion. For not much more than a sandwich (whose price I noticed included french fries!) I had a shrimp dinner. And it was good! I will go back there again.

Always a good meal, good service and family friendly. Also, kids eat free Tuesdays.

What a wonderful experience. Came in 30 min to close & the waitress sat us, got us drinks & didn’t even try to rush us. We got our food speedy & it was hot & deliciously amazing. They were cleaning n closing and still not rushed. Waitress got a good tip from us & we’ll continue to come here w our boy!!!

I have not been to Big Boy in quite some time. It's been remodeled and it looks very nice. Our food was great. Missed my SLIM JIM. Our waitress was very very nice and did her job well. We will be back for your potato pancakes when you bring them back.

Wendy was and always is an amazing waitress. She is always pleasant and ready to serve us yummy food. 😋 Since the remodel, it is clean and a nice place to visit. We usually go for breakfast.

Great atmosphere, food was good and quick and customer service was top notch! They also have a wagon filled with toys for kids that a man and his mom bring in for free and my kids loved it!

Great food and great service. Definitely will go back.
