Big Lots

Austin was very helpful during our shopping trip here. My friend found a beautiful sage green recliner that fits beautifully with her other living room furniture.

This Big Lots has great customer service but a special shout out to Kia! He's always smiling and polite. I definitely recommend this Big Lots. It has the most inventory in stock then other Big Lots I've been too.

Good store, mostly always Stocked and clean. Friendly staff and parking is always available.

I called into the Olympia Big Lots to ask if they had lawn furniture swings?
I didn't have to wait long to hear the answer. This was great. They held the remaining item until I arrived.
They were so helpful & pleasant.
I was also surprised as this has never happened during my checkout process.
The male associate told me to look at my emails from Big Lot discounts. He saved me $175 & cents.

Great place, prices and a vast amount of items to choose from. The stages are great, helpful and personable. Nice to look at with a nice, clean sparkly atmosphere.

Another shopping store where I'm rarely disappointed. This one is filled with a great line of all kinds of merchandise that's useful and fun. Like the fact Big Lots always gives a 10% Discount to all Veterans besides Active Duty.

Employees we're very helpful and helpful, items we're well stocked. They only down side was some items didn't have prices so no prices we didn't buy. Cashier was very good!!!

I always find great stuff for a good price. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and bonus for having clean bathrooms!
We came in for pillows and left with home decor and snacks. I guess we can't be left unsupervised! 😂
If you need home organization they have lots of options, and honestly the most impressive selection of couches outside of a furniture store!

Has anyone ever noticed the folks working here have the best banter when you’re checking out? Worth it just for the conversation! Must be some weird trifecta of humor but they are helpful and always get me laughing. Store is clean and easy to find things. They have way more types of items than you’d expect. This one has a good deal of unscented laundry and cleaning products for WAY less than any the regular box stores. I always find something I love.

I just SUPER need to give a shoutout to Aimee - she was a phenomenal helper during a process of buying some urgently needed items for a new apartment. She was professional, friendly, and helped us through creative problem solving and outstanding service. She really is an incredible employee. Y'all are lucky to have her, AND she's so strong! Lifting all that furniture like a boss. She seems like a very down to earth and personable person and we're so grateful she was the associate who helped us!

Great products at competitive price. I love shopping here. Very conveniently located as well.

To: BIG LOTS CORPORATE & ALL BIG LOTS CUSTOMERS: My wife and I want to thank Conner (Sp?) in the furniture section of the OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON location on Capital Mall Drive. We met Conner when we were looking for a sectional sofa about a month ago. He was brand new in the furniture department at that time. He said he would put us on a list and, when the sofa came in, he would let us know. Conner kept us updated as to when the sectional sofa would be ready to purchase & pick up, as the weeks went by. My wife and I knew it would take a little time to get the sectional because of COVID. We went yesterday when it was available. He helped us load it up in our trailer & truck, too. He was very efficient and energetic. We were happy to work with this awesome customer service representative. Thank you so much Conner! You ROCK!

Long time fan of big Lots - was with Military (active duty and federal employee) moves always meant needing new things - the respect of the military via discounts and staff means a great deal to me.

Ouch!!! If you don't want to spend every dime on a great deal..don't come here!

And much more.

Fabulous deals if you time it right especially..which I did by mistake.
But I didn't mind at all. I love my purchases!!

We are from east coast and I love being able to get food items you can not get elsewhere. We love the foods from other countries too. They have a nice houseware section and are reasonably priced. Just take bags in that county they charge for bags. They also have a card you can sign up for that gives discount coupons to your email.

I went shopping with my battery operated scooter. By the time I went to the mall and then to Big Lots, my battery was getting low. The
Manager was very friendly and allowed me to plug in my charger so i could finish my shopping and get home. The store was clean and well stocked. I was able to quickley find what I came for

I love this store it is so big and all the employees were very nice and helpful to us. I buy a lot of things regularly. The store was very neat & clean. Great place to shop
