I have often mailed or returned packages here. The customer service is great! Very helpful in finding best way to handle my “stuff”. My always UPS store!

First time I mailed a package here today. Beyond impressed with how friendly the lady at the counter was. Very easy experience. I found a new place to mail my packages from here on out.

I went for printing a few pieces of paperwork that were very important. I needed a pen and folder as well. They provided me a pen and folder for free since they had none to sell. I appreciate the kind staff at this store. It really made my day.

I read the one star review and was surprised. I don’t go here often but only one time noticed the young man behind the counter seemed to be in a bad mood. He wasn’t rude though. Otherwise, fast, efficient, friendly service. Amazon does state which items need to be packaged. In fact I brought in an unwrapped item today and no problem. I would highly recommend.

Excellent UPS store. Maybe I very much think it's the best one I have ever been in. They are so very nice, one of the nicest I think it's a family? Group of customer service people in the whole entire area of Thurston County. Lol if you're reading this, UPS store, and you have anymore family members, please tell them to go manage the Walmart ha ha ha. I might say ha ha ha but I am not joking.

The employees that were in the store while I was trying to do 2 returns to Amazon went above and beyond to help us out. After reading the 1 star reviews I was skeptical about going in. They were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for your help.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They made it easy to repackage my shipments, print a return label, and even noticed the return label instructions more than I did! They saved my bacon and made shipments affordable and easy. I might never go to a post office again. They’re the best here!

This is the only UPS store I will go to, mainly because the service is excellent. Plus the owner is extremely warm and welcoming. Great place!!!

Not only is he professional, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, but also really quick and efficient, but does not make you feel rushed! He is a great representative of UPS and the customer service with high value overall! I would highly recommend him and this location!

I'm very pleased with this newly-opened UPS outlet. The owners really do care about doing a good job, and that attitude is reflected in their staff.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with this new UPS location. The Manager and Staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Service was very quick, even with a waiting line. On top of it all, the location is very convenient with easy and unlimited parking spaces and it is located in a less traffic-able area.

This UPS store has the MOST friendly employees. And, I never quite know what I'm doing when my wife sends me here. They make things so easy.

May was great help today! As unexpectedly confused I was with a package I had to send out, she walked me through smoothly. Store is immaculate! Seriously, I had driven past it many times and never noticed it, so it wouldn't be difficult to convince me the store had just popped up this afternoon.

The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and cordial. They helped me by quickly and professionally wrapping computer monitor and cables that needed to be returned for examination. I have used them before, great place for me.
