I have a lot of dentist anxiety from previous experiences, and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Wan and his team. Absolutely everyone at the office is a gem, especially Evelina, the hygienist. I've had multiple fillings, exams, x-rays and a cleaning, and every appointment has been as easy as a dental visit can be. They do great work, and I've been treated with kindness, compassion and respect.

I needed a filling done on short notice and Olympia Dental Center really took care of me and exceeded my expectations in every regard. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and really made me feel at ease. The pricing was fair and transparent and everything was discussed up front before proceeding. Dr. Wan is highly professional, provided detailed and comprehensive explanations of his findings and ensured I understood each step of the procedure before continuing my care. I really appreciate ODC being available when I needed to be seen quickly and I will be continuing my dental care with them in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone.

Clean and nice office; staff and Doctor are friendly, professional, and treat you with dignity. Yesterday I had an urgent need for a root canal and the Doctor and staff went above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend this Dentist enough. Fernanda, one of the dental assistants was awesome and took great care of me. I didn't catch her name, but the billing gal was awesome as well. Thank you, Dr. Wan and staff!

Dr. Wan and staff always make me feel comfortable, and do a great job with getting my work done fast and painlessly. Nobody gives better local anesthesia in my experience! You just expect to get a little twinge at times, but not at this office.

Highly recommend: the hygienist is very aware of the patient’s comfort, is very thorough in her cleaning, and offers explanations for what she is doing and why. Dr Wan is professional, attentive to the patient’s comfort, is pro-active about “fixing” dental issues - I appreciate his approach as our previous dentist waited until issues became pretty serious (ie she waited too long). The office staff is on top of billing, insurance, etc. five stars to Dr. Wan and his staff!

Dr Steven Wan and his staff at Olympia Dental Center are calm, delightful, and talented. I have had a variety of problems which they have easily addressed. In addition, they are a thoroughly modern one stop shop for many of the services they offer. For example, I needed a new crown in one location which they were able to manufacture right then and there in their office. They didn't have to send anything out and I didn't have to wait two or three weeks! What a delight!

From the receptionists, to the assistants, and the dentist - they were all so so nice. Took the time to explain everything and made me feel really comfortable. Probably best medical experience I’ve ever had.

For any one out there who is afraid of the Dentist…. Fear not my friends… I used to be one of those people that was literally terrified at the thought of even making an appointment until 2 years ago when I found Dr. Wan. He is hands down the Absolute Best Dentist in the entire world…. You have nothing to be afraid of. He does the best work… He is gentle and he has an ease about him that you just trust him… he makes you feel comfortable and his attention to detail is impeccable…. Truly a perfectionist. I’ve had an implant done and a couple of crowns and his level of professionalism along with his staff is top notch. You will never regret going to see The Olympia Dental Center…. Thanks Dr. Wan and the entire staff for always making me feel safe in your hands….you’re all the best‼

Let's start by saying that I have, overall, been happy with the services provided by Olympia Dental Center.

My last experience with them was as follow:

Last week, I walked into the office, instead of returning a call, unhappy, because I had to reschedule my appointment. Apparently, everyone else had canceled their appointments that day due to road conditions and, because we were at the very end of the calendar year, I was about to lose a bunch of dental insurance benefits, I was about to get penalized because others had canceled their appointments!

Long story short, I left the office 3-4 hours later super happy with an adjusted crown, three fillings, and the cleaning session that has been scheduled for that day done and done by no other than Dr Wan himself.

They really went above and beyond that day to correct what I believe was a wrong. I liked them prior to that incident and I like them even more now!

I recently changed some details of my insurance coverage and had the option of choosing a dental plan that would cost me a little less...but that would mean leaving Olympia Dental Center, and I really, really do not want to do that unless I absolutely have to! Dr. Wan and his entire staff are so dedicated to making each visit warm and personal (yeah - at the dentist's!), and very professional. My family has been going there since we moved here five years ago and it was one of the best decisions we made. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service, great value, updated technologies. What more can I ask for? Very clean. The staff quickly becomes like family making sure your needs are met with comfort, safety and affordability in mind. Care credit offered if needed but they have always been able to work with me to make sure I can get the services I need without stress. 3D printed my crown. Painless root canal- is that possible? Dr. Wan and his staff continue to impress me. And don’t get me started on how much I love Evelyn! Pleasant, experienced and caring! I can’t imagine going anywhere else

I had a great experience at Olympia Dental Center. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Wan is amazing. After seeing so many doctors about my neck pain and migraine that I wake up with every morning for a little over a year, I am finally start getting some relief after his thorough check and diagnosis. Thank you guys so much.

Everyone at this office is incredibly friendly and kind. I feel safe and taken care of. They communicated all expenses and options fairly and I felt comfortable asking questions.
