I always feel as if everyone in the office really works to do best at their jobs. They take time to make sure I'm not in discomfort. I feel as if I am involved in the processes, instead of having things done to me. I appreciate how they explain things so I can understand why things are being done. They are experts at "are you OK?" They go the "extra mile", as when an office staff person picked me up in Lacey and took me to my pharmacy and then home. I had no idea that was going to happen. You're all so good, I "brag" about you. It does make me wonder, however, is it my imagination that there's been more "new" workers at the front/entry area?

I've unfortunately spent many hours over the years in a dental chair. Dr. Wan & his entire staff deliver five star service every time I visit them. Today was no different so thanks for assisting me in my dental health.

Dr. Wan is the most compassionate and kind dentist with superb clinical and technical abilities. He is complemented by an A+++ staff. My two daughters, wife, and I are proud to call Dr. Wan and the Olympia Dental team our dental home for over 10 years.

Dr wan does good work and has exceptional clean office

Great place. Lots of good smiles. Friendliest staff I've ever met on the dentist chair. Dr. Wan does great work, is compassionate, intelligent, and precise. His knowledge and acute sense of duty and sensitivity to humanity result in a natural professionalism unmatched in the doctoral industry. I'd happily take my kids there, if my wife hadn't decided to abort them.

Dr. Wan has been our dentist for over 7 years. He and the staff take great pride in their work and treat us with the utmost professionalism. We are over 65 and have many dental issues related to growing up on a farm with little dental care. He has given us gentle yet thorough service at all times with first class crowns, implants, and beautiful new veneers so we can be proud of our smiles. He is a true artist in his work! He always checks on how we feel during our treatments, taking care to provide comfort and assurance. I highly recommend him to everyone of all ages. Give yourself a treat and visit this office. Diane will welcome you and all the hygienists do superior work.
