I've been coming to Dr. Merchant for over 10 years and counting. While visiting the dentist isn't one of my favorite things in the world, Dr. Merchant makes it as easy and painless as possible. The staff is friendly and the office always seems clean and organized. They're personally convenient for me to get to and I've never felt I had to wait long to be seen which works well for my busy schedule. Currently I have Delta Dental so insurance paperwork has been mostly a snap but they've always been helpful at the desk when I do have a question. I feel well taken care of with Dr. Merchant and his team and I don't plan on going anywhere else!

They are amazing. My first experience five years ago sold me. I started going because my new husband spoke so highly of Dr. Merchant and staff. I had been told by another dentist that I needed immediate replacement of teeth I had damaged when I was a kid. Dr. Merchant didn't try to sell me anything or fill me with fear, but instead checked me out and taught me. He gained my trust that day and from then on.
His staff are incredibly friendly and skilled. My previous experiences left me disliking getting my teeth cleaned, but now, I travel over a hundred miles just to go here. My husband and I made the decision to stay with Dr Merchant and team despite that fact that we moved. They are amazing! I recommend this dental office wholeheartedly.

I love Dr. Merchant! When I called to make my appointment having experienced some recent tooth pain they worked hard to get me seen the next day! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Merchant himself was very personable, kind and very easy to talk to. Really great place! Definitely would recommend!

I don’t know where to begin. I had a lot of different dentists growing up, but I never had a dentist I could actually relax with until I met Dr. Merchant! He is kind, gentle, and most of all trustworthy. His team is just as great! When I call or come in, it feels like family. I was recommended to Dr. Merchant about 8 or 9 years ago and I highly recommend him and his office to anybody in the area!

The front desk staff are always super friendly, attentive and efficient in both check in and check out. The Dr's assistants are very personable, professional, expert at their tasks and helpful in suggesting ways to address issues or prevent them. Dr. Merchant is very skilled also and both he and staff are thorough at observing, treating and recommending a future course of action, materials to use, follow up visits. It's always actually fun to go to this dentist and I know my needs and future health are important to them and will be addressed, thus giving me peace of mind. I look forward to check back visits and always benefit from their suggestions. My wife and I both go there and feel very well cared for in a friendly, accommodating, time-efficient, professional setting. It also helps that text reminders help keep appointments. They are very accepting of any questions, concerns, phone calls and very good at navigating insurance protocols, billing and whatever it takes to make our visit as easy as possible. I heartily and readily recommend Dr. Merchant's practice with no reservations.

I am an older patient and Dr. Merchant has been my dentist since he entered the profession. Over the years he has performed a variety of dental repair and maintenance. Dr. Merchant's work is exceptional: it is flawless, as painless as possible, and it looks great. Last year my parents (in their late 80's) moved to Olympia and my mom, who was frightened of dentist, needed extensive dental work. I took them without hesitation to Dr. Merchant. He was kind, very gentle, and provided suggested alternatives based on the work my mom needed done. When it was complete my mom said: what a nice man and he did not hurt me! What greater compliment could a dentist receive. The entire staff at the clinic is fun loving, kind, caring and gentle

Like many people, I've had several dentists over the years. I can genuinely say they Dr. Merchant is the best of them all. He's very efficient, friendly and has a staff who are all just as good as he is. They don't believe in doing unnecessary procedures, or going overboard if something looks different to them. I never get the feeling that when they suggest something, that it's fund someone's addition to their house, or something like that. I get the genuine feeling that they're actually interested in my dental health and not what they can get out my dental insurance.
That, and the fact that they're so nice when I go, leads me the conclusion that I found a great dentist.
I have zero intention of ever leaving.

I have no issue ever recommending Dr Merchant and his staff to anyone. My family has been with him since he started. Throughout the years we have received excellent care. Dr Merchant is an excellent dentist who excels at his craft with technical persistence and competency.

I actually enjoy visiting Dr. Merchant. The staff is very friendly, and my appointments have always started on time. I've been a patient for 11 years - and many of the staff have been there for the duration. That length of tenure says a lot about how the business is run. In that time, I've had many cleanings, one filling, and one cusp repair. Dr. Merchant's work is top-notch.

Just recently made the transition from going to a dentist meant for younger kids to one meant more for adults. Everyone at the dentist practice really helped to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Really making the transition super smooth, not to mention Dr. Merchant and his staff really helped to make me feel as if I had been a long time customer during my first visit.

Dr. Merchant and his staff have been taking care of my teeth since... well, it's been over a decade. Harmony and Tonya are great dental hygienists, and Dr. Merchant truly knows his stuff and is a super person. The business office is always easy to work with for scheduling and payments. Highest recommendation!

Preface: I am an individual that is deathly afraid of going to the Dentist due to some really bad experiences I have had in the past with a few inadequately trained Dentists.

Dr. Merchant was Fantastic!! He was very patient, kind, and attentive to any pain I may have been experiencing, and took the time to go over the procedure he would be performing that day as well as the complete Treatment Plan going forward. I have found that the whole staff at Dr. Merchant's office is genuinely caring, professional, and competent.

Because of this positive experience I have had with Dr. Merchant and his staff, I am finally able to let some of my fear go and have the dental work done that I have desperately needed but have foolishly put off due to fear.

Dr. Merchant has been my dentist for many years. He and his office staff are very professional, personable, attentive and caring. The care I receive has been excellent.

Our family has been with Dr. Merchant 20 years. Nowadays, when our young son schedules time for family visit he also reserves time for an appointment to see Dr. Merchant. Dr. Merchant is very precised and easy to understand. Our family has a saying: "leave it to Dr. Merchant, he never miss a spot on your teeth." His staff are very spontaneous, courteous, always have a smile on their faces; they make the trip to a dental appointment an easy trip. Would recommend Dr. Merchant to anyone.

Normally going to a dentist stresses me out, but Dr. Merchants office is exceptional. It's a friendly relaxed atmosphere that puts me at ease. Dr. Merchant is a highly skilled dentist, who does just amazing quality of work. I highly recommend his office.

Choosing Dr Merchant was the best move I could have made. From my first phone call with Bridgette to today's exam and x-rays, I left knowing I'm in good hands. He and Mary Jane took their time and explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. After 30 years with my old dentist and hygenist, I was leery of a new one. But after today, I can honestly say that I'm more than pleased with their expertise. The whole staff is friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Before coming to this office I dreaded going to the dentist. But ever since we've been coming here we've had nothing but great experiences. They are very family-friendly, we have two little boys that we bring there and they always love to go in and see them. The staff gets along very well you don't feel any tension like you do in other offices. They have a wide variety of personalities and it's always fun to have conversation with anyone there.
