Typical Home Depot. I needed several items, and you most definitely will find whatever you need.

The employees are always helpful and professional. They always try to answer questions and help novice DIYers find the right product. They don’t have all the answers but hey, many novice DIYers don’t even know the right question.

The quality of their lumber and building materials is very good, they do a good job of offering the best product for cost / performance trade-off. And they give a 10% discount to all military veterans.

So most of the time I have to find everything on my own here but today I met two employees that were amazing. One helped me find my product and walked me there. The other employee his name was Bob was super knowledgeable and explained fully how to fix my screen door. Great employees out there. 5 starts to home Depot and their helpful employees. Screen door fixed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Almost always can find someone with the expertise needed to help me with a project. Also pet friendly carts lined with rugs for KP and his friends and parking spots reserved for vets.

This was my first time ever renting a truck here. First of all, customer service is AMAZING! Light hearted conversation and answered all the questions I had. The rental I had was for 75 minutes for the price of $20! So cheap. Fill it back up. Bam. I'll use them again. I was So impressed with the truck, no bogging down, all sides folded down and I got a new sectional. Well, new to us. :)

Went in and got gardening supplies and saw a honeysuckle plant. It didn't have a barcode so they just gave it to me. Super awesome score.

The store is great, but possibly understaffed? (Like everywhere right now) employees were friendly and tried to help, but we spoke with 3 different employees and were sent to 3 different locations of the store before we found salt for our water system. First we were sent to the garden department, then plumbing by the water heaters, then next to the front of the store (where it was finally found) suggestion: if employees don't know where something is, it is perfectly ok to get on the radio and ask. But the store is large, clean and well stocked. The only indicator that they may be short on employees is that every shopping cart was in the parking lot, and the store was not busy.

This is a well stocked Home Depot and Patti at customer service helped us out. Had got a window like 6 or 8 weeks ago but never took it out of packaging, when I finally was ready to install and opened it, the window had a crack across the corner of it. I knew it didn't happen since I picked it up, and they were great about the situation and exchanged it no problems. Patti was very helpful and knowledgeable both of which is rare in my experience with HD employees.

We caught an excellent sale on Primroses @.99 and bought ten. We found plastic patio cover materials and lumber. It was a good day!
