Always a calm environment, which is wonderful for our reactive Aussie. Dr. Loeffler is very thorough and has such a gentle treatment style. Elijah did an excellent intake assessment. Checkout was quick, easy. Your practice is one of the best we’ve been to - thank you for taking such great care of our Aussie girl!

My Mainecoon kitten was there 2 weeks ago for vomiting & diarrhea, he pretty much stayed the week until they were sure everything was ok. Of course they ran the tests needed, has been home now for the last week ....with no more vomiting or diarrhea...they are so caring! The whole nursing staff said how much they loved Billy & even one of the receptionists when I called to get more of his prescription food, said, oh, Billy! How is he? We love him! Love this place!❤

Everyone is professional and friendly. Expert advice and care for our pets. Diagnosed issue and treated. We saw improvement the very next day. We trust Telford Vet staff with the health of our pets and have been with them for over 20 years.

Always Great ! They take excellent care of my two yorkies. I’ve had both of them there. They both are on medication, and calling in for refills is a breeze. They will remember your pets name and breed without you reminding them. It’s nice to know that your pet is part of a family that really cares. Thank you for taking me and my pets into your very busy schedule. I really appreciate it.

The staff and vets of Telford Vet Hospital continually go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their clients. Their fear free practice makes it a comfortable and relaxing experience for your pet. I have been a client for many years with four dogs throughout that time. Two unfortunately were seniors that had to be laid to rest, both after a series of ailments. The staff is so compassionate and made the end of life experience the best it could be. Dr. Sharon was so helpful and empathetic during that process. I have done training classes with Dr. Loeffler pre-covid and they were amazing! We work with them for rescue needs as well and recommend adopters having medical or behavioral needs to the hospital. They really are a full service staff! 10/10 Recommend!!

One of the best vet experiences we had ever had. Our dog was not great with previous vets and other dogs and they made the whole process as smooth and comfortable for her as possible.

I’ve been going to Telford Vets since 2001. The team has always treated my Saints as family. To see how the office and staff has grown over the years is amazing and the different services they provide is unbelievable. Thanks to everyone for exceptional care of our pets.

Last week was our first visit to Telford Veterinary Hospital & we were very pleased. All of our completed preliminary forms had been submitted in advance of our visit & we had a very short wait to see the doctor.

My housecat is 20 years old & leaves home only for vet visits, so he was none too thrilled to be there. Since he's in good health for his age & all of his records had been transferred he wasn't subjected to any unnecessary testing that might have further added to his distress, which I'm very grateful for.

The Doctors and staff were beyond nice, I felt a truly honest and caring environment. Very flexible making appointments making it very convenient to get the care my pet needed.

First time here my dog isn't a Patient here I thought that they were an emergency hospital but they weren't but they still Examined my dog I took my dog here because he was having an emergency Episode. They were so incredibly Understanding of my situation and extremely nice Because my dog is not a patient there and they weren't an emergency hospital they did say that I may have to wait a little while but I was in and out in less than 2 hours I was so impressed with the entire staffand and doctor Minninger Thank you everyone for making me feel like a part of your family and making my dog better

This was our very first visit at Telford Veterinary Hospital. From the first moment we entered the office, we were greeted by friendly faces, treated with respect, and my sometimes difficult dog was shown love and understanding. I love the fact that HE came first. They made him feel calm and comfortable, moving slowly and demonstrating great patience with him and his owners!

I love this Vet. We have been to a few over the years and hands down this is the best. It is very clean which is always a good start. The staff are always considerate of my dog's needs. They are always very welcoming and calming.

I give this place 5 stars and then some. We took our cat today because she hasn’t been eating. It was raining so hard and we were late. The receptionist not only told us to take our time but guided us to her office. When we got there she had towels ready for us our cat is not the easiest patient but the assistant and the dr were great with her. They were so caring and gentle with our cat. I had our dog there previously and they took good care of her too. Thank you Telford veterinary staff. You even gave us an appointment the same day. All I can say if anyone out there looking for a good vet this is the place to go. Even their fees are reasonable.

We had come across odd behavior with our baby girl and Dr. Minninger was absolutely amazing! She did a thorough review of our pups symptoms and ran through all of the possibilities guiding us with incredible insight. It turns out we were facing a somewhat rare condition but she managed to put us at ease with options that would be beneficial for our girl. The care taken was exceptional and I highly recommend their facility

Dr. Lauffler and Megan are amazing in the care of our dog, Pilgrim. Pilgrim absolutely hates his nails clipped, but they are patient, caring and clip his nails very thoroughly. He actually enjoys his visits there now. (could be those reward snacks he gets!) Their staff is awesome, kind, professional and efficient. Great place!!

We are first time pet owners, and didn’t know what to expect. We were so impressed by the caring nature of everyone and how thorough they were with our dogs care. Our puppy was scared, but they treated him so gently, and took time to answer all of our many questions. We are very happy with the care we received!
