Since joining Key Bank it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is extremely helpful and informative when it comes to answering all of my questions about how to handle my finances/open up accounts. They offer extremely competetive rates, so moving my doe to Key was a no brainer! Very satisfied customer here.

This is my favorite Key Bank to use for my businesses ( My Philly Handyman and Property Management) , the manager is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be helpful. She has helped many of my neighbors get their businesses optimized through her banking tools with merchant services and fraud prevention . They always have friendly staff and I love that they offer snacks.

I recently visited key bank at the Doylestown branch on Farm Lane.
My teller Samantha Nunn was very friendly and helpful. Watching in line how she gave attention to every detail, made sure the customer was satisfied before going on to the next one.
The inside gave me a warm country bank feeling, along with the beautiful wood beams that gave it a Elegance look to it
Location was beautiful and Quiet,close enough to Doylestown main Street, far enough away from traffic
I will surely go back again, very positive experience

Great bank and amazing employees.

I recently had an issue with Key Bank. However, Bryan Brown was so supportive and helpful. He kept in touch and always took my calls quickly. He is an exemplary employee of Key.

Horrible bank. Employees are clearly not educated on bank policies because one employee says one thing one day, and another says something completely different on a different day. The woman we dealt with was very rude, had no concerns about helping to fix the situation that was caused by their business.

I ask for no mailed statements. You send them anyway. The post office has disabilities getting my mail to me, so you take $10 to punish me for not receiving the unwanted statements. I notice that I'm suddenly overdrawn and call your branch to find out why. Nobody there knows. So I close that rarely used account because I figure its compromised. Then I find out you charged me a returned statement fee. I ask you to return my $10. You say you can't because the account is closed. I'm certain that I would still owe you money if you closed my account in the red. I asked nicely for you to fix this. You chose not to. I'm very disappointed.

The customer service is terrible. Richard Brown won't doesn't even return emails for questions. I've never put up a review in my life, but this is the absolute worst customer service of a bank I've ever seen.

Do not join this bank. Ever since this bank changed ownership AGAIN the staff is worse than ever. I have had to follow up multiple times for issues they should have handled themselves because they lack professionalism. Trying to leave this bank ASAP.
