I reached out to Dan from a FB ad on a small trailer. After explaining what I was trying to do & what I needed, he pointed out 2 other units he had on his lot that would be more suitable. Then he & his sales manager Wade went Above & Beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a proper set up. Wade even parked the trailer where we needed it & walked us all the way through all the systems so we'd know how to use it! These guys were the 3rd dealership I visited, but they should have been the 1st! Save yourself some time & go straight to them for all your RV & trailer needs!

I called about getting a key replacement for my trailer, the gentleman that I talked to was very kind and extremely helpful! He didn’t have any keys on hand to replace mine but he looked, and since he couldn’t find one he referred me to a locksmith that made me a new key without anymore hiccups! This was very helpful since I’m not from around here, and I didn’t know who to contact.

These guys are awesome! From the owner to the salespeople to the mechanics. We bought our trailer here and just had the fridge stop working. The owner immediately got the mechanic on the line, since we were leaving town the next day, and he helped me figure out some hidden breaker in the back and bam! It works! Such good service! Anyone else would have told me to make an appointment and they couldn't tell me what the issue could have been over the phone.

Amazing experience! While living in California, we purchased a used C Class RV via the Premier RV Brokers website. Phil Wilson, our salesman, picked us up at the St. George airport and drove us to the dealership. We discovered the vehicle was serviced and ready for the road when we arrived. The condition of the coach was accurately represented. We were given a thorough review of the operation of the RV and its features before leaving. All the paperwork was efficiently ready for processing the purchase. Unfortunately, not too far down the road on our way home, my husband became sick and was hospitalized. Our salesman, Phil, drove over to the hospital bringing food, refreshments, and power cords to help us along while we were unexpectedly delayed in our travel home. We cannot say enough good things about Phil Wilson and the experience we had with Premier RV Brokers LLC, where we were treated like family.

I don't even know where to start with this dealership, but hey went above and beyond in every way possible. And then, above that.

We had very specific trailer needs. I found one on their lot. Started communicating with Dan on May 29th. It was a saturday. We decided we wanted the trailer and would proceed with financing. Problem, we live in Henderson and were about to potentially buy something that we had only seen pictures of. Dan was kind enough to have someone go unlock it for me on Monday (memorial day) so I could see it in person. Unfortunately, that was the only day I could go up.

I loved it. So started the financing journey...
We had some challenges, but nothing Dan was unwilling to take on. He spent a lot of time and effort working to get exactly what we needed. He could have given up and told us it wouldn't work and easily sold the trailer to someone else. But he didn't. He worked for over a week to get it just how we needed. Was very patient with everything. Never made me feel like a bother with my random questions.

We finalized everything and picked up our very first trailer yesterday. Dan (and I'm sure everyone else there) works hard and truly cares about their customers. 10/10 would recommend working with these guys.

Grateful for the experience we had here with Phil and Dan at Premier Rv Brokers. Both nice and very helpful. We co-signed our 5th wheel trailer with them and had it sold in just over a month! I live out of town and were able to work with me through the whole process. Highly recommend doing business with them.

We had been looking for a clean, nice, used Class A for months! Vegas, Phoenix, SLC—we looked at dozens of rigs and just couldn’t find what we were looking for. Danny actually had TWO that we loved. Very clean, low miles, known history, and excellent service. We are thrilled and the whole staff took excellent care of us. We will be back!

After dealing with another RV store and feeling unconfortable, it was a pleasure to deal with Phil at Premier RV Brokers. He was low pressure and we felt he was honest and straightforward. We would definitely deal with him again and recommend him to others.

We found a travel trailer we wanted to purchase on KSL and made the drive down from SLC to get it. After purchasing it and beginning the drive home, the air conditioning unit flew off the roof. We called our salesman Phil and he told us to bring it back. They fixed it for us at no cost. That's what we call excellent customer service!!! We definitely would make the drive to get something from them again!!
