I've had StateFarm home and auto insurance in Oregon for years. I'm now purchasing a boat in Washington State and need a boat policy. My agent in Oregon gave me Renetta Wilson's contact information. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get a quote for a boat policy over the phone. The staff was very pleasant. They really know their business. I recommend them highly.

I wanted to wait until I'd been with State Farm a year or two before writing a review. Now that I have, I'll say that I've been very impressed with this office. I went from renting to owning during this time and Sheena made sure to keep in touch with me and also explain the coverages she recommended and why, and also answered all my questions. Everyone at this office has responded very promptly when I reach out with questions or changes for my policy. They're very educated on the products and their details and I always feel that if they make a recommendation, they do so in my best interest. I have never felt that they are in it for the money. Which, speaking of, my rates are still the lowest here and I do occasionally comparison shop. I've had a great experience so far and would highly recommend Renetta Wilsons office! I called last month looking for car insurance and spoke with Kayla(sp?). It only took a short time and I was able to have an insurance that I wanted for a price that beat all other competitors. Kayla went through a list of items that would increase and decrease price and any time I had a question, she was able to quickly and easily explain it to me. Just yesterday I called to pay my bill and was able to take care of it within 5 minutes and got my reciept less than a minute later. Would highly recommend.

Sheena was very relatable, informative and patient. She answer questions for the present day and for future questions regarding policies for family and grandchildren. Thoroughly explained the policy even to my Daughter who was on the phone, as the beneficiary.

I've been with State Farm Insurance for a couple years now, they are friendly and easy to work with! I have a new driver in the house and Shaylynn informed me of all they have to offer new drivers! They have three different discounts you can receive for a new driver- the good student discount (must have minimum 3.0 gpa), Steer Clear Drivers Safety Course (an app that includes a very easy YouTube video series with simple quizzes), and the Drive Safe and Save beacon that is an easy to use device to place in the car that checks driver safety and speed occasionally. These are all easy to obtain to make the new driver experience easy to manage! Thank you Shaylynn for going above and beyond to send me all the easy to read info I needed to add the new plan to mine and get us all set up! :) She has excellent customer service!! Thank you to State Farm Insurance for helping to make it affordable for my new driver to have full coverage insurance! Thank you :)
