Christi West is nothing short of amazing. She really cares about you having the best experience possible. She is very punctual and professional. She actually saved my Anniversary trip from being a disaster because of a Passport issue she caught. She called the airlines for me, had it corrected, and even got the fee waived! Glad I use a travel agent instead of doing it alone. It's definitely worth it 👌

I would like to personally thank Lauren at the travel connection for the amazing customer service she just provided for me and my family. She booked us an amazing trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. On our way home our flights were canceled so I reached out to her for help and she immediately found is a flight home. This is why everyone needs to use a travel agent. I can’t say enough great things about Lauren and her knowledge in the travel industries.
