Best Western Plus Ahtanum Inn

This was the biggest blessing to my pastor, church elder and I as we were in town for a regional Church conference. We came from Hayden Idaho and were surprised to see wonderful scripture and an encouraging mission statement on the walls. The rooms and beds were clean and well kept. The front desk service and complimentary food were excellent. All together a great experience!

The room was clean and well kept. The included breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed a made-to-order omelet. It's just off the highway, easy access. Restaurant and fuel station across the parking lot. I would stay again.

The front desk staff person was friendly, and we were able to check in an hour early on a Wednesday. The property is older but well maintained and clean. Our room was on the second floor and had a queen bed, sofa, and desk. The bathroom was fairly small, with the sink inside (I prefer it outside), but the shower was good. Part of the floor in the room creaked a lot, so I wonder how noisy that is in the room below. Our room faced the courtyard and had a small balcony. The breakfast included the option to have eggs cooked to order, so we were able to have customized omelettes. Yum!

Schedule great big nights rims, comfortable atmosphere. Everybody was friendly. Breakfast was made the order omelets. I would highly recommend

Great hotel to stay at I stay there. Every chance I get best continental breakfast by fare. Then most courtesy respect good to see you respect and whatever you need. I recommend this place to anyone

We were in town for basketball state. This hotel is 6 minutes from the Sundome. Very nice service and comfortable rooms. I recommend one of the suites. Breakfast was good... But it was great with the omelette bar! Try them out. An additional joy for me was the faith-based service, with a truly devoted interest in serving people.

Very cute, comfortable, quiet, affordable stay! There’s an Outback Steakhouse within walking distance which is very convenient. They offer an amazing, hot, continental breakfast with lots of options. In the lobby there’s constant hot coffee for your enjoyment throughout your stay along with cookies! They also have on-site washer and dryers. I recommend staying here if you’re in the area looking for a comfortable stay with the convenience of not having to look very far for food.

I have a suite here room 271 and it's huge. It has 2 queen size bedrooms a large bathroom with dressing area a full kitchen with a dishwasher and dinning area and a full size living room with sofa and chair coffee table and end tables and entertainment center with Large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped pool. Oh did I mention that the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans , dishes bowls and silverware. It has a complimentary hot breakfast on the first floor weight room and laundry. If that's not enough for you the friendly staff will do everything possible to ensure that your stay here was pleasurable. I have been here 3 weeks and booked my stay for 2 months

Located right off the freeway, but far enough back to not be too noisy. Outback Steakhouse and a well stocked Chevron in the same parking lot.

Check in was quick and staff were cordial and professional.

Design and decor are what some would call "dated," but I liked it; it's a nice break from the bright and colorful "modern" hotel decor and I found it to feel quite home-y. There's also a lot of subtle Christian art and references throughout, which is a welcome respite in this new woke world order we're living in.

Complimentary breakfast in the morning was above average for this class of hotel with a made to order omelet bar and higher quality than usual prepared eggs/meats in chafing dishes.

Most customers seem to be business travelers so there's no loud partiers up late.

Parking is well lit, highly visible and wide open with a lot of travelers coming and going throughout the night. Which was comforting in that my vehicle was less likely to be burglarized as there are few dark corners for tweakers to sneak around in and plenty of witnesses going about.

Only complaints were over some worn appliances and fixtures in the room, HVAC unit was rattley and the toilet flush handle was a little finicky, but no complaints otherwise.

I travel to Yakima several times a year for work, this will be my new spot going forward.

The room for very nice. Very clean orderly taken care of. Our stay was very good I enjoyed myself immensely.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. They get their share of long haulers/work crews but the place is quiet and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

We stayed in this hotel while my husband and our work crew were working in Yakima . It’s very clean and the set up of the rooms and outdoor patios overlooking the pool was so relaxing. nice green maintained grass and great staff ! We were very impressed with the manager Mark ! He is very accommodating and friendly. He went above and beyond the whole stay !

I was passing through Yakima and needed a pet friendly hotel for the night. The staff were very friendly and gave us a room at the back of the hotel next to a door so we could let our dogs in. The hotel is a little bit dated sure, but it’s clean, the beds are cozy and it was super quiet at night. I don’t think it was a very full that night but there’s plenty of parking even if it was. If you’re passing through Yakima or staying there and need a good hotel that’s pet friendly I recommend this place! They did have a breakfast in the morning but we had to get back on the road.

My stay was enhanced by the quality of the breakfast buffet and the evening bowl of warm chili or soup. I found the housekeepers to be friendly and did good work with the room and the kitchen crew was always checking to see that things were fresh and hot. I liked the front desk people who had a way of making guests welcome and were able to answer questions about the city and area easily. The hard working maintenance folks I met early in the morning clearing the snow and ice off the sidewalks were genuine and did an excellent job! Kudos to all!

Great location and great people. I stayed here duels to a military course I was attending and it was wonderful. The location is great and near many restaurants. The staff was wonderful and accommodating when I needed to print materials for class. Tee made the whole experience though. She went above and beyond. Due to long classes and not getting back to the hotel until around 8-9 in the evening many of the evening snacks would already be put up,but Tee made sure to set some aside for me because she knew I would be coming down to the business center. Thank you for going above and beyond. You truly made the time at your hotel a great experience. I appreciate the hospitality.

The service and accommodations were excellent. The staff were helpful and mindful. The room we stayed in was clean and exactly what we needed to satisfy the needs of all 7 of our party. If we needed more towels or pillows the staff made sure we had them within moments. The breakfast surpassed our expectations. The are for eating was clean and well maintained. Tables constantly being cleaned and food hot and hot tray stayed full of delicious food.

I just had the best experience while making a reservation at this hotel. The person that I talked to was named Danielle and she was awesome. She was courteous, professional and so, so very helpful. She asked why I would be staying there and seemed genuinely interested in why I
was coming to Yakima. In this current age of poor customer service, all businesses could benefit from having a Danielle on their staff.

I stayed here a couple nights and one thing I appreciated the most was the cleanliness and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The people come and change your towels everyday, I appreciated those things the most during my stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. We had the best night’s sleep there of our entire vacation.
The staff was courteous, professional and friendly.
The complementary breakfast that was provided was better than some breakfasts one pays for in a restaurant.

We would stay there again as well as recommending to others.
