We had such a great time staying at Best Western in Yakima. The hotel is perfectly clean, stuff is friendly, location is central. We loved that the hot tub and fitness was open 24/7 which is not very usual. We checked in pretty late and still got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, lot of options, awesome coffee. 5 stars from me!

Pool open 24 hours!! That's nice and it's a nice pool. Everything was great, I'd stay there again. Parking was limited. Trucks with trailer probably should avoid. They let me park in front of pool house but otherwise parking lot was small.

I have been staying at this Best Western for the last seven years while visiting Yakima. The location is right of the freeway which makes it easy for travel. 1st street is known to not be very good but the hotel itself does a good job of keeping their property clean and overall safe feeling. They offer a free breakfast which offers quite a bit of options and tastes just fine, honestly cannot really complain with FREE! My only complaint this time around was the pool/hot tub seemed dirty. Not a usual experience when staying at this Best Western. We were only there for one night so I did not say something to the front desk staff about it. Overall the stay was just fine, front desk staff was friendly, and our room was clean. I will be staying here again!

Room was clean but a little stinky. Bed was OK, pillows were amazing! Pool was heated and the hot tub was just amazing. Wouldn't turn on for the jets but it was so nice and hot! Breakfast was so good! Eggs 3 ways (scrambled, over easy, and hard boiled), bacon, biscuits and gravy, home style potatoes, mini Belgium waffles, reg Belgium waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries, yogurt, toast, English muffins, blueberry muffins, a coffee machine with lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, regular coffee, orange and apple juice.

This hotel is located close to the highway and easy to find. The facilities are clean and do not have any bad smells. Our room was large and well appointed with a king size bed, sleeper sofa, desk, large screen TV, fridge, and hanging wardrobe. The breakfast room was very large, hoisting a bountiful spread of all the breakfast favorites including eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing services we needed even before we asked for them. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in the area.

The suite room was great the kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, silverware, cooking items. Extremely handy for multiple nights. Stove and microwave were very clean. Two separate rooms is also really nice for privacy

Rooms was extra large and clean. We appreciated having the sitting area. The bathroom was small. Breakfast was average. Pool was nice. When we got to the pool in the morning though, another guest had their dog with them in the hot tub. We were very disappointed another guest would do this. We brought it to the attention of the management and they took action immediately. Very happy with the immediate response.

Quick easy access off of i-82 and highway 12.
A very good continental breakfast with plenty of protein choices.

One of the better hotels we stayed in while on a road trip. The check in and check out was easy and the staff all friendly. The room was massive for the two of us and our dog. The room was clean and included all the usual amenities. The breakfast was a decent spread. The hotel is located right off the freeway but was not at all loud in the room. It’s a pet friendly hotel and had a small gravel area around the back for bathroom breaks that was kept clean and had doggy bags available and a garbage bin.

Stayed 1 night passing through town and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were super clean which was extremely important to me being we have a dog and usually those rooms aren’t the best understandably, but this place was spotless! Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but we did enjoy the fantastic breakfast. There was biscuits n gravy, bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruits, some banana bread I think, basically they had it all. I was so excited because not a lot of places do this anymore. Also the staff was so friendly especially the housekeeping girls, said hello with big welcoming smiles when I came out my room and even helped me with the waffle maker. If I’m ever passing through Yakima again I will defiantly be staying there. Thank you for making our last leg of our vacation super enjoyable!

Wonderful place to stay in Yakima. It is close to the highway but far enough that noise is not a problem. The room was spacious and clean without any chemical smell. Breakfast was delicious featuring eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit, biscuits and gravy, juices, and more. The pool was a comfortable temperature and the hot tub worked well too. We will definitely stay here again.

So I'm a platinum member and a Truck driver. I stay in best western all across the country. I'm here to do a 34 hour reset for my logs. So I reserve a room for 2 nights. The hotel and the staff I would rate above average clean and nice. However the TV don't work. After I checked in my room I notified the front desk around 4pm that it wasn't working and I was told spectrum was on there way to fix the problem. Well it's 1142 pm and I still have no TV. The room is over 100 dollars a night and no TV. We will see what they say or do about it tomorrow. Either discount the room, comp the stay or something this is ridiculous, I could've stayed in another hotel had they told me at check in. But now I'm stuck here until my breaks over. For that I have to give them 1 star. I will update my review tomorrow accordingly. Very disappointed

Update woke up 630am tv finally working, breakfast is good better then good. Still haven't talked to front desk about tv issue yet

Update, spoke with front desk and they apologized and gave me bonus points on my account. I would recommend staying here it is clean, nice, quiet, and if you have an issue they will work to make you satisfied

So glad we stayed here. The check-in process was so easy and efficient. The lady was so sweet. The room was so much better than I expected. It was clean and didn't have any oders that some hotels can get. The styling was nice as well. The hotel was super clean. The pool room was clean and well tended as was the fitness room. Actually, the fitness room was better than most other hotels we have stayed. The breakfast was ample and tasty...eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy plus all the other standards.... Pastries, yogurt, fruit. etc. All staff we encounter was so polite and professional. A++

It's located at the other end of town so you are a bit limited for restaurants etc. But the place was very clean and nicely renovated. Friendly staff and the free breakfast the next morning was quite tasty.

Tracy was such an accommodating host! I-84 being shut down forced us to stay somewhere a few weeks ago and we were so glad we stayed here. We were very unprepared. She gave us tooth brushes and tooth paste. Just over all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the sausages were our favorite part of the breakfast. This will now be our stop when we travel between states.
