It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to.
Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Got a corpse bride backpack for back to school and i loooove it and also love how they support the gays(lgbtq+)this place i truely recommend to go but most of the backpacks you see online in their store is not at the store👀

Great store. Perfect place to find funky and different types of cloths and accessories. The young guy working there was extremely helpful. There was a jacket with detachable sleeves we wanted. But they didn't have the size we want. He ordered it online for us. He went above and beyond regular customer service. The register was having issues and he calmly worked through it, called who ever it was that needed to help him. Through it all he kept his composure and was very apologetic in a sincere way, even though he didn't need to be. We were still looking around and adding stuff to our order. He also made sure we got all the deals. I didn't know the dresses were buy one get one for a $1. So we took up even more of his time by picking out another dress. Very good experience. When we go back to pick up our jacket, I'll find out what his name is.

This is a great place to find gifts for the hard to shop for friends and family. They have a good selection of anime shirts , band shirts , funny shirts , and ones based on popular movies and others series. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can say I'm looking for something for someone who loves .... And they never steer me wrong.

Ashley is such an awesome employee there! I placed online orders to have it shipped to the store. The email said the store will hold it for 7 days, but I had a family emergency that kept me around the hospital and family. I contacted the store and Ashley was assisting me, she informed me that she would hold on to my items past the 7 day mark because of the situation. I still wasn't able to make it so she let my brother come pick it up for me! Ashley was awesome, helpful and ensured me I will still have time to pick up my order! She was very kind, never rushed me or rude. She took her time on the phone with me! She went out of her way to help a loyal Hot Topic customer and THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the great work Ashley!

Friendly and helpful staff. They even suggested a few other stores that might have what I was looking for a week as a website. I appreciate when a store doesn't have what I'm needing and is willing to suggest another business I might have success!

Staff is always friendly and happy to help! Love all the merch they got for all things band, anime, disney and fandoms you might have! Their clearance deals are the best!

I loved going there today staff was super nice and kept asking if I needed help which I thought was nice and considerate :) I definitely felt welcome today :)!!! keep up the good work :)

The sacred place of all emos (and anime nerds) overall it has some decent variety although I do wish they had some more shirts my size when I spot one I like that's way too small 😤😤

The nostalgia of an emo. I stopped by and it hasn't changed a bit. Still dark, still have the awesome band merch, tight jeans, and jewelry.

This place is amazing had all the funko's that I was looking for and they were at a great price thanks Hot Topic my son is very excited.

They have the best costumes. Their all ready for Halloween already. 🎃

My favourite place to shop! Maybe a little pricey at times but I love what I get so its worth it. 🐅

The were very nice and helpful I would definitely shop there again.
