There was a employee I believe his name was Derek and he gave me the best customer service I have ever had he went above and beyond the call of what a clerk does. I want to express my gratitude towards him and let whoever the owner of that store is know that he has a a high caliber employee there, I believe Derek is a transgender and I think it is great that his supervisor does not discriminate

My husband was accused of stealing last night 1/13/23 around 11pm, he went in to get some pacíficos beer they didn’t have some so he walked out. Then the cashier walked out and asked if he stole and he said no, he was about to tell her what he went in for! But she started shouting over him saying I know you stole lift up your shirt and he told her no I didn’t take anything! She then said I’m going to call the cops. This is so crazy and embarrassing for him! So if you guys from am/pm check the cameras you guys are going to see he didn’t take anything! What was he going to steal some CHIPS??!

I'm giving this place 1 star. The star is for the fact that the machine printed out my receipt at the pump so I didn't have to go in. Otherwise I would not have anything positive to say about this place. First off my low rating comes from the fact that this place is an ARCO gas station! I stopped here on 6/22/2021 for gas on a motorcycle. They charge an extra 10 cents for using a Debit/Credit card. There were no clean/stocked paper wipes or squeegees with relatively soapy water for use! So I'm paying extra $$ for a whole lot of extra Inconveniences! If I compare this stop to other gas stations, the only convenience was the receipt printing at the pump! Even the location is inconvenient! RECOMMENDATION: Keep stocked paper towels and squeegees with soapy water ready for use. Especially since people are paying more $$ for the fuel price on top of other inconveniences...

We stopped at the Valley Mall Blvd AMPM in Union Gap, WA this morning. This is the filthiest AMPM we have been to, starting with the parking lot. There was trash, oil and spilled unidentified liquid in all the parking spots. Inside the store, the floor was dirty, all the counters need to be cleaned, several machines were out of order, 3 coffee pots were empty as well as the coffee condiments. Before writing this review, I called the phone number given for reviews and the person I spoke with gave me a different phone number to call, which I called only to be told to call the original phone number again. No need to speak with anyone, just clean your store to make your customers happy.

Crooks! I only give it one star because I can't give zero. I went in to fill up my 30oz Yeti cup. They did not have a price listed for refills but new cup prices ranged from 99 cents for a small up to $1.49 for a 44 ounce. I wrongly assumed that a refill of 30 ounces in my own cup wouldn't cost more than 44 ounces in a new cup. I was wrong. They rang it up as $1.85 plus tax. I asked why 30 ounces in my own cup cost more than 44 ounces in theirs and was told "that's what a refill costs." So I went and got a a 32 ounce cup which the price said was $1.29 and poured the drink from my cup into theirs (which didn't even fill up the 32 ounce cup) and he rang up $3.39. I pointed out that the sign listed the price of a 32 ounce as $1.29 and he said "well it's $1.29 plus tax for the drink plus the $1.85 plus tax for the refill." I pointed out that my Yeti cup was empty so I was only getting the 32 ounce (30 actually) in the new cup. To which he replied but it was in your cup before so I have to charge you for a refill." So I said fine if you are going to charge me for a new cup AND a refill then I am going to get both so I filled up my Yeti cup and came back to the register and he had rung up $5.39. I asked him how he came up with that number and he said it was $1.29 for the 32 ounce cup plus $1.85 plus tax twice for the two refills. At that point I just dumped it all out and left. I will never set foot in this (and probably not any other) AM/PM again. I have never had any problems like this at 7-Eleven so from now on I will go out of my way to always go to 7-Eleven or Circle K or any other convenience store except AM/PM.

If possible it would have been a zero me and my fiance walked in to get nachos the workers just looked at us greeted us then we tried to put the cheese on our chips and guess what no cheese!! We still had to pay for it a warning would have been nice! It's not hard to say hey we dont have cheese spent $3 on tortilla chips what a waste!!!!

I give this a ZERO!!! The Arabic owner there is a complete CROOK!! I purchased a drink for $2 and gave him a $10 bill. He took it and glanced a couple times at me... I was wondering what the heck he was up to. Then he gave me back $3, shut his till, and he slowly walked away from counter. I looked at my change and said "Hey! I have u a $10"! He walked back to the till and said "why u wanna mess with me like that?" So then I started yelling at him to open till and check. After a minute of back and forth, he finally opened it. THERE WAS THE $10 BILL RIGHT ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER $5 !!! I said "Yeah right there it is! He then gave me correct change and I walked out cussing him.

There is nothing convinent about this store!!! They have horrible customer service on the graveyard shift they lock the bathrooms so they don't have to clean them. Always in the back room when you come into store(no acknowledgement what so ever. They refuse to change soda when it's out. Open 24 hrs haha. Have been there on many different occasions between midnight and 2am to find the door lock for a break and have waited 30min before giving up and leaving. On weekends have found door to be locked from about 1:30am-2:30am (assuming so they don't have to deal with people leaving bars and wanting beer. Won't be going back there again. Thank goodness for gear jammer

What a dump, and the guy working, Mr. Suchet needs to look elsewhere for a job. He likes to point and grunt at customers to direct them instead of talking, his customer service attitude sucks. There are plenty of places like this to stop at, so you will never get another dime from me

Not open 24hrs as claimed the close for "cleaning" with no notice. Stores a mess. This owner doesn't deserve this store, should have his/her franchise license pulled. Most AM/PMs are great. This one gives them ALL a bad rep

The reason I gave one star, is because it wouldn't let me give 0. I'm sick of just letting places like this, charge whatever they want for gas. Well I'm done with that. Raising it about 15 cents. Just in time for the holiday weekend. Too dam blatant for me. I know it's not just this station. But it's where I usually go. Toppenish and wapato are much less and not far to drive.

Worst restroom I’ve ever been in. Not even soap in the dispensers.

This place is horrible on their fountain drinks every drink I got ended up being flat. So my family and I probably won't be coming back here for drinks.
