Kohl's

I was helped by Adriana and Diane today. Adriana was very efficient, she knew the products and assisted me with finding an alternate shade of liquid lipstick. She was also helping other customers that were interested in the same product at the same time. Diane was also very helpful. Both were very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Sephora needs to make sure ALL employees are performing this way.

I love going there because there’s this girl her name is Day and she always is very friendly and matches me with the right foundations and helps me with any questions I have with the very friendly customer service 10/10

Raul was very helpful in check out, because he told me the jacket was not on the 20% sale, but he let me go back to pick up the second one at one half of the full price. The store was not too busy at that time of the morning.

Kohl's is my favorite store in Yakima to shop. It's always clean. The employees always have been curttius. They have helped me find a certain item. Kohl's always have a good sale going on.

Shopping for what we need at an affordable price is such an incentive to Seniors like us, living on a fixed income. And getting Kohl’s cash coupons on top is great too.

I don't really shop at this store, but I go into the store occasionally, and the store has always been relatively clean. The store had never been too busy during the times that i have gone inside. I have never bought anything, so I can't speak about the price of the items, or whether prices are fair or not. However, the items like ok to be of good quality. I have never seen too many employees, but the ones of whom I have asked questions have been polite enough and have always been helpful to me

Adriana and Kimberly were so helpful to making sure I got what I needed by going to the store, plus more. I appreciated the time they took with me.

They have xxxL sizes which is great

The manager was very knowledgeable on the specific products that I was looking for. Was looking for a foundation for mature skin . I am very pleased with the product.

Great prices, friendly atmosphere and you can even do returns/shipping through Amazon.

Kohl's now has Sephora in the store wow its fantastic such great products and great price's you have to check it out

Went in on my lunch, did a return, exchange and purchase and still had almost a half hr left. Friendly, quick and efficient employees! Got what I needed and was out of the checkstand quickly. One of the Best Kohl's I have ever been too!

They are always working to overcome hurdles they encounter. I have done some work for the store and they have always made it easy for me to do my job and they put that same level of effort towards their customers.
