I went into Journeys to exchange a pair of shoes. The whole staff was amazing. Jesse one of the store managers helped me and remembered me purchasing the shoes 2 weeks prior. He even remembered the size I got. He was so kind, sincere and well mannered. The other 2 gentlemen working were also very helpful. It was a wonderful experience . I will definitely be back.

Brennen and Anthony are awesome!

I absolutely dread buying shoes, and these two guys made it fun, easy and simple.

I never knew knowledge about shoes was a thing!

I was shopping for sneakers with our autistic child who has sensory difficulties. We went to every store at the mall trying to find shoes that fit and were pretty discouraged. We went into Journeys Kids at the Yakima Valley Mall (store 0904?). Jack welcomed us into the store and did his very best to find shoes that met our sons need for no laces/easy to get on shoes. I'm pretty sure he went back and forth at least six different times. The entire time we were there, Jack treated us with Grace and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. I just want to say Thank you for making a difficult job as pleasant as it could be!

Really good customer service here. Told the guy that approached us that i was looking for a shoe that would fit my very wide feet (serious, womens shoes in ultra wide dont fit), and he totally ignored the womens section, and found me a shoe that fit very nicely on the mens side.
I would recommend this place to anyone passing through or taking a vacation!

We buy all of our shoes here the customer service is so outstanding and so incredibly clean and they make you feel at home. From the moment you walk in the door you have an employee ask you if there is something they can help you with and I like that thank you for being such a great place to shop we will forever be customers
