Excellent!! I saw Dr. Jeff Wilkinson on Jan. 9, 2024. The best eye examine and doctor/patient social interaction & education ever!! I like being made to feel like more than just another patient!! Appreciated the fact that he took an individual interest in what I use my eyesight for, like reading music performing in our jazz band amongst many others! Yesterday I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Moon at Yakima Eye Specialists. I arrived about 15 minutes before the appointed and the young lady checking me in was very professional and friendly. Brenda, Dr. Moon's assistant was terrific to work with prior to seeing the doctor. I've been a patient of Dr. Moon's for years and can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. The staff were great. The receptionist took the time and effort to assist me with completing my check-in information. The assistant quickly, yet efficiently, gave tests, checking the areas of my concern. The Ophthalmologist was reassuring. He detailed the findings, named the areas that were not an issue and sooth my concerns.

I went in on a Monday morning without an appointment. I had an eye problem that I felt needed attention.
The staff was very accommodating and got me into aa exam room within 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes the doctor arrived and examined my eye, diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way with a prescription. A great place!!

I have been seeing Dr Wilkinson for several years. I have always been happy with my exams. He takes time to listen to concerns and explain vision and eye care options. I feel like he is very knowledgeable with years of experience.

As Dr. Moon's patient, I can assure you that he is highly welcoming and creates an atmosphere of trust. He is really approachable and takes the time to explain his observations. For my vision needs, I am in great hands.

I was seen on time which I appreciated. The technician was very polite and professional. This was as my first visit with Dr. Moon. He had looked over my chart prior to my visit and discussed my prior visits with Dr. Lui. He answered all my questions . I felt very comfortable with him and with the whole visit as a whole. Dr. Moon was recommended to me by a friend who has seen him a number of times. I will look forward to my next appointment.

Great, friendly staff. Took me back for my appointment on time. Doctor was chill, knowledgeable and to the point. His assistant was great. The gals who helped me choose frames.. all chill. Super cool chicks. Took time with me, didnt make me feel rushed. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is great. My doctor is looking after me and I feel solid about my eye care. Facility is clean, latest tech. But more importantly, I left feeling cared about.

Dr Moon and his assistants were first class. My exam was through, all procedures were explained well, staff was pleasant, and the office was very clean. Front desk staff were also very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed all the beautiful plants and decor in the front waiting room.

Dr. Moon listens carefully to what you are experiencing and prescribes accordingly. He's a wonderful, kind person. The staff here is always so pleasant.

I was taken back to the exam room as soon as I got there for my appointment. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My visit with Dr Moon went well. I really like Dr Moon and the way he treated me with respect and was very informative.

Dr. Wilkenson diagnosed and came up with a treatment for my vision issue. 5% saline drops three times each day in both eyes are not fun but it has improved my vision and, therefore worth the discomfort. He also prescribed new lenses and I chose some frames from an extensive selection. The ladies that run that section have been very helpful getting my glasses to fit, sit correctly and comfortably, and they do a great job of cleaning them too.

I would recommend YES (Yakima Eye Center) to anyone looking for a professional vision prescription as well and treatment options for other eye disorders.

I've been a patient for years love it wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful they always make me feel comfortable when there.
