Jason was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and efficient. He made the mattress experience easy and surprisingly pleasant. I’ve been dreading going into a mattress store for over a year because sales people are always so pushy. Not the case here! Grateful we finally made the purchase. Our backs couldn’t take pain from the Amazon bed we got a year ago. Thank you so much!!!

I did some online shopping and picked out a mattress that I thought would best suit my needs. I got to the showroom and tried it, and it was okay. I spoke with the salesperson Jason and the manager Gina about what I was looking for and they suggested a mattress that was close in price and was exactly what I was looking for. Jason was very quick and helpful in answering my questions, and Gina was great when ringing me up and explaining next steps. Delivery was also great - I was given a three hour window and they were there at exactly the beginning of that window. I absolutely recommend speaking to Jason for anyone looking for a new bed!

Our experience at the Mattress Warehouse of Harleysville has been outstanding! We went there a month ago to get a new mattress for our son and yesterday we went back to get a new mattress for ourselves. We met Alexis, who knows everything about sleep (mattresses, pillows, sleeping cycles, and more). Alexis is not only an expert but she really cares for all of her customers. She takes the time to work with you on your needs and price range that is comfortable for you. Her manager and co-worker are also very nice. It has been a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

My wife and I went shopping there Saturday in search of what we thought we needed- a Sleep Number. However, with Alexis’ knowledge and help, we have found our wonderful new mattress at this store instead. Alexis was fantastic and gave us not only her extensive practical knowledge about which mattress was best but also her own personal experiences. She also didn’t try to “sell” us something in this store, but instead was all about meeting our needs. I will go back to her with any future sleeping needs!!

Just bought a much needed new mattress with the help of the very knowledgeable Alexis! You can't walk in the store and say I want to buy a mattress today and look at the price and say I'll take this one! It takes time to find out exactly what kind of mattress is best for you! Alexis took her time explaining everything I didn't know about buying the RIGHT mattress. She had me try several different mattresses until we found the right one for me! The whole process was very good and she found the right mattress for me and my wallet!

I arrived about 25 minutes before the store was closing and received the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory. Alexis was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was helped to make a decision that benefited my circumstances. I decided to buy a mattress even though I had just come to browse the selection after researching online. Very close to a zero sum game. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for advice on how to choose a good mattress. So don’t ask Alexa. Needed to replace my mattress that I had purchased from a well known furniture store. The mattress was expensive and was only a few years old but it sagged and the springs were bad. I woke up with hip and back pain every morning. I had purchased a mattress for my son from Mattress Warehouse so I went to the store in Harleysville. Gina had had me try the sleep technology bed that generated what type of mattress would be the best fit for my sleeping needs. Gina had me try the different mattresses, not based on price, but based on what would give give me the best quality sleep. She did not rush me or try to sell me an expensive mattress. During our conversation, I mentioned the mattress I had bought for my son a few years ago had a slight dip at the edge of the mattress, she looked it up and said it shouldn't do that, and that if there was something wrong with the mattress they would replace it. She gave me a number for a company they use called Bed Check that came out to look at his mattress, and within a few days I recieved an email that Mattress Warehouse would credit me for replacement of the mattress. Matressess can be expensive, so not only is it a credit to the company, but a credit to the employees that they stand behind their products. Because mattresses can be expensive, if you want peace of mind that you will get the best mattress for a great nights sleep and a guaranty that they stand behind their products, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alexis was very very proficient at her job. She accommodated my wife and I well by knowing her products available and making sure we got what was best for our needs. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best mattress and any accessories that go with our purchase. She went above and beyond our expectations and we had a great experience working with her.

Alexis is fantastic! We brought my 12 year old daughter in for a new mattress and Alexis was very intuitive and insightful. She knew exactly which mattress would work best for our situation. She was patient and kind... we definitely recommend!

Alexis is incredibly knowledgable and will make sure you leave with the mattress that best suits you! There is no amount of google research you can do that can replace her years of experience. I struggle with back pain and went into the store with the intention on buying a firm mattress, no one could tell me I needed otherwise. After spending time and listening to Alexis, I purchased a soft mattress. It has been almost two weeks and I have had nothing but amazing sleep!

Alexis made the whole experience fast and easy! I received my pillow much earlier than expected and only had to wait 2 days for mattress delivery. They even delivered it inside right where I asked them to put it. Overall great experience. Thank you again Alexis for helping me during a difficult time!

We came here because my parents had a very good experience at this store and they love their new bed. We met with Alexis and we were NOT disappointed. What a wonderful experience. Alexis was our sales representative and she could not have been more helpful. It was like dealing with a friend and not someone we just met.
