I just want to shout out Robert in produce, such a nice and super helpful worker!! He goes above and beyond and I always enjoy the brief chats we have every time I shop there.

Great help from customer service and the cashier. Found everything I needed.

Bonnie is the bell of Giant direct pickup. When I see Bonnie coming out I know my order has been done right!

Clean store. Well stocked but I was charged the wrong price for some items I purchased. Now I have to make a second trip back to ask for a refund. I mean it was like 3.00 but every penny counts in this economy./UPDATE... I was contacted by the store for more information on my pricing issue. I like that Giant was quick to respond to see if they could help. I have followed their instructions and I am waiting for a reply...Stay tuned.... UPDATE!!!! Giant stores saw my review and contacted me via email and phone. The Giant representative acknowledged my concern and made the pricing error RIGHT!. The rep was kind and understanding and told me how I could get my refund. Great job Giant! You have made me a customer for life! Thank you!

The manager here is such a friendly man. He is there often and is always saying hi to the customers. I’ve never had any issue with any of the employees or experience and this is my preferred store.

This is my favorite Giant. Don't let it's outside appearance in an older shopping center dissuade you from making this your favorite store too. It is small and long but very well stocked and very well run. Items are easy to find and well organized. Also their Giant Direct pickup is the best I have ever used. And I've used at a lot of stores and even delivery over the years. They pick great quality products and smart substitutions if needed.

Great shopping at giant thry are get better in groceries plus bakery has goodcprice on muffins and cookies and brownies better than Landis supermarket giant my number 1 grocery store and save me on gas as well when I bought eagles cookie tray there it was 20 cents off on gas abd money meat ok and saves me money on paper towels

Great store. Good customer service and the store is well organized. I do wish they had more variety of products. I do appreciate their prices and multiple discounts.

Great local giant store. Always very well stocked and always very clean. They also have one of those robot things scooting around the store as well. I'm pretty have with all of the giant brand items as well, very similar quality of items and a much cheaper price. Thanks Giant!

I use their curbside pickup service. It's so easy and practical for my needs.

Shout out to "Chuck" who was helping at the self checkout area this morning 3/19. I was hyper and rushing early this morning doing my seniors only shopping, and he was calm, thoughtful, kind and helpful. Given the strain our grocery store employees are feeling, I wanted to let everyone know he is an awesome employee with a big heart. Thank you Chuck!

Giant is laid out very well. I like their cheese selection and they generally have quality produce. Their organic section is decent but leaves a bit to be desired. Overall good shipping experience.

We've lived in Lansdale for about 3 years and I only recently stopped by this Giant to pick up a Redbox movie, and I couldn't be happier to have found this store! They have an awesome kids station in the front, with a coloring area, toys and a free juice\water...they even gave my granddaughter a balloon at the checkout register. Their prices and selection definitely beat Shop rite and their customer service is great. My second time here I couldn't find the bread I was looking for and an associate, Rasheed, was nearby and saw me looking and offered to check in the back. A few minutes later he found me in another aisle and handed me the bread, really made my day!

I feel like home in this giant. Everyone is nice and polite. And always stocked up on everything. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for their respect to the customer's.

I worked there for two years and still shop there. Nice store, usually a lot of options. Generally nice customer service (even though they may seem dead in the morning).

Always check the coupons in the flyers (they keep extras at the entrance) to get better gas points. In just 3 visits, one big and two little ones, I built up $2.10 off per gallon, and gas is currently only $2.29

Giant's is my go to for pretty much everything. I know everyone there and I'm comfortable with shopping. Bonnie is cool and Sherry is my favorite customer service reps
