Bergey's Buick GMC

Went there to look at a truck I saw on the website. I called and scheduled a test drive, and purchased the truck that day. The staff was great, customer service was on point. Terry Brown is an amazing and made our experience great! Thank you for providing wonderful customer care. Plus they honestly have the best touch less car wash around. I legit drive 20 minutes there just to use it!

The dealership and the employees including Terry Brown and Brandon Derstine were incredibly helpful & personable. They took everything into consideration and help me make the best choice possible as a first-time buyer. The financial aspects were just as smooth and the person who helped me gave me a lot of knowledge into what I would need and wouldn’t need. This was the best experience I have had in a dealership compared to others I visited.

My experience with Walter McGinty and the rest of the staff at Bergey's was exceptional. Walter made us feel very comfortable and not at all pressured. He helped me get into the right GMC Acadia and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Even after purchase Walter has checked up on us to be sure we are happy. The whole process was just made so easy. Pete in finance was also very friendly and helpful. In general it was an all around pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Bergey's Buick GMC.

I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all while looking at the different vehicles. The sales manager Tom M. was a pleasure to work with, as helped me with the financial aspect of my purchase. Our good friend and neighbor has been a Bergeys customer for 40 years and always spoke of them highly. We recently bought a Buick encore and had it serviced there today. The service crew was excellent and explained everything.. They actually let me bring the car in a day early and had it done very quickly. I will happily use them as long as I own this car, and I would consider buying a new car from them.

Great experience. Staff were great, I was told work would take several days but they started first day and major repairs were done in 2 days staff kept me informed about work needed and cost involved. Cost was reasonable for the repairs I had done and they even applied discounts to help lower cost. I would recommend this service to everyone. My go do place for auto service. Very pleased

Very nice visit. I had a drop off appointment but I changed it to a sit and wait service. Your guy got me through without having to wait excessively long for the service on my truck. I appreciated that and told him so.

They did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle and great service I will always recommend them. I have used them for 21 years and always pleased with everything they do. The service department manager (Jim) is notably top grade. His professionalism and care for quality services is hands down superior by any automotive or manufacturing leadership standards. I wanted to commend Bergey’s for their honest and aboveboard approach to sales. No hidden junk fees, no sales pressure, and they honored the internet price, which is something many dealers will not do. Overall my purchase at their Souderton location was very positive and I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a vehicle!

They were able to get me an appointment quickly to replace a part that was recalled. The day of the appointment, check in was fast and I was given a rental (requested ahead of time when scheduling the appointment) since I have small children and work and wasn’t able to wait. They were finished in a matter of hours, and the check out process was also quick. Overall a great experience, friendly staff and speedy service! Not pushy on anything either which was refreshing.

Everyone is pleasant at Bergey’s. In addition they provide fast, efficient customer service. Waiting room area is well accommodated to do work, watch TV or read. Highly recommend!
