I called Lowry Services initially about 7+ months ago. After I had a quote, I saved, and then called them back when I was ready. Luis Pol was assigned to my location. I was really worried about installation, and how it would look, and re-thinking I did not make space for Luis and his Team to work. Luis was nice enough to figure out - he had all of the space he needed - and the installed the Generator easily from the outside and through the attic of Garage. He made a recommendation to replace the Panel Box - because our Panel Box was over 30+ years old, and we followed his recommendation. Due to his recommendation our energy bill is not as high, and I think this is due to Luis making sure the correct circuit breaker of power is aligned to our new Gas Dryer and he did this as the right thing to do - I did not ask for the recommendation about the Dryer circuit breaker - he just did it. He doesn’t even know he has saved us money in our Energy bill, and I want to personally say thank you to Luis Pol and the Team that helped him install our new home Generator. Thank you again. Also: for customers: Luis is a very nice person to talk to - very informative and he was on-time 😁 and have an excellent time frame of when the next work would be completed. I highly recommend Luis Pol and his Team for any future customers that are interested in purchasing a Generator for their home.

Was easy to schedule and they called 30 minutes from arrival time saying Tim was on his way. I had a relatively easy job (2 light fixture installs in walk-in closets) and was provided a fair/good value price and Tim completed the task in 30 minutes. I have used Lowry for all my electrical project needs and have always been happy. I will continue to use them when needed.

Excellent experience. Heather returned my call immediately. She was very personable, courteous, and attentive. The tech (Kyle) was able to solve my problem and accomplish the work that day and on-the-spot. He wore shoe covers in the house which is such a professional thing. He only did what was needed and did not try to up sell me. The icing on the cake was the price was super reasonable. Thanks so much Kyle!

My gas furnace stop working I called the Lowry Services. They send out they technician to look Furnace after talking to Jason representative what the problem. I have my new Gas Furnace put in two days.
I want to thanks Shaun, Dan and Jacob for put in my new Gas Furnace. They was very Professional, Punctional and did a great job. Before they left clean up behind himself and shows me how everything works.

The plumber was great, my house is a major pain in the ***! Example, the well tank needed to be replaced... my house must have been built by oompa loompas because the tank is in a place that MIGHT be 4 feet high and you have to crawl 12+ feet to get there. Not one complaint, Kevin just laughed it off and said "no biggie". THEN he had to pull out the well pump, mind you I've lived here over 20 years and I'm pretty sure the well cap has never even been opened. When he pulled it out he tested it and it had a short in it so it needed to be replaced, not terribly unexpected. Then of course he tried to disconnect the pipe and the pipe broke in his hands MAYBE because the pump was probably only 137 years old. Kevin was apologizing to ME because he didn't have a replacement and the water would be turned off until 9-10 am the next morning. I could go on, seriously, but this is a review not a novel. BOTTOM LINE, Great service, complete confidence in the job done, Kevin, his apprentice, and anyone else that came out were all professional, polite, and respectful. Only down side to the whole thing was that it was more expensive than I had hoped for HOWEVER I do believe that sometimes you get what you pay for. You might save $500 but then the plumber doesn't fix it right and you're now paying $1000.

Nick came out to access the job, was very knowledgeable and professional. Nick knew exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. All tied like it’s supposed to be. Thx Lowry’s

A very pleasant experience from Lowry!! Electrician Dale and his crew did awesome job!! Had major electrical issues, and upon discovering them, called their service and they did an emergency call for us. Highly recommend their services!!

Tom and Nick from Lowry were a pleasure to work with. Made our EV charger install simple, understandable and quick. They knew exactly what I needed for the vehicle we're buying and made sure I got the right charging device. They went above and beyond in breaking down, cleaning up and even reconnecting an unrelated appliance that had zero to do with their work, but which they happened to notice. Jim and the rest of the company are honestly the best team I’ve ever came across. Jim set the ground work with identifying the problem of my sewer line that was cracked and laid out exactly what the steps and plan was on getting it fixed. I felt comfortable with every word and followed through with the project. The teams that came and fixed my sewer lines was top of the line, friendly, and early! They would arrive about 20 minutes early and prepped before the time to start. The teams also showed me everything they were doing and explained in detail what was going on. Also group of guys, especially Jim. Thank you to all!

Awesome!!! On the coldest day of the year my heater went. . These guys came in and quickly had my new heater in. Great service... friendly people and hard workers...👍🏽 Good business to definitely use..

Steve Clary and Nick McBride were at my house yesterday to fix a problem l had with garage outlets going off. They were here for several hours and changed the panel that carried almost all the electric lines in my house so that a whole-house circuit breaker could be installed, the tripping GFICs in the garage could be replaced and hooked to a circuit breaker reset that covered the garage only. They performed a whole-house inspection before doing the electrical work, and provided a warranty for the whole-house surge protector.
Steve and Nick offered me several options for doing the work before they did anything. The explanations were clear and easy to understand; their work and attitudes were professional; and everything was done carefully and cleaned up.
Steve has done work at my house previous to yesterday’s visit, and he’s always been competent, professional, and friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. Nick, I understand, is just starting his work with Lowry, and l found him to be as helpful and professional as Steve. I appreciated the time and care that they both took to complete the job.

Love Lowry, they come in take care of everything and more. Have used their services for years and not one regret; best part is they stand behind their work. Every one of their employees from your first call to have someone come to the house, to the call to confirm exactly who will be there within 30-60 minutes, to the serviceman doing the job, truly want to help you and do a beautiful job, explaining the entire process so we can understand. Recently, I had a standby generator installed at my house by Lowry Services. Luis, Andrew and the rest of the crew are very dedicated to their profession. They barely took any kind of break throughout the day and answered any questions we had. In addition to being the installer, Luis also acted as the salesman. The whole installation process took one day. There was one issue which was rectified by Andrew the same day the problem arose. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend Lowry Services to anyone. Thank you Lowry Services for a job well done.

My tech, Matt, was very professional and fixed my issue very quickly. He was clear on explaining pricing and very helpful when I had questions.

I had no power to my light switches in the bottom 2 floors of my house and out front, only the bedrooms and bathroom worked. I had no clue what the issue could be, but Matt was able to run diagnostics and find and fix the issue within about an hours time.
Turns out, I had a short in wiring in my garage.

The only negative is that on top of paying $89 just to have a tech come to the house, the diagnostic test cost an additional $700!!! This included any minor repairs that may need to be done. If wire needed to be replaced or reran, it'd be an additional cost. Lowry, I hope your company can figure a way to wave the initial fee when a customer agrees to pay for a diagnostic test and educate your customer service representatives on how to make this clear to customers when scheduling appointments. I would have liked to know up front that if I wanted the tech to figure out what the problem was, that I'd have to pay additional fees after the initial fees, then pay even more for the work if it wasn't a "minor repair".

I have used Lowry services multiple times and each time they are so responsive and professional. From the call taker to the techs, everyone was so friendly and informative. We just had Andrew out to move an outlet and he provided us with so much information. He was professional and did quality work. Would highly recommend!

They also bonded our above ground pool. Timothy Wolbach and Santo and Dwayne were professional, punctual, polite, neat and tidy, respectful, and AMAZING. They repaired outside to inside with our electrical meltdown. I would recommend them to everyone I know. The job passed inspection and was a huge job. They worked around several family members and were totally amazing!!! Timothy restored our electrical panel with precise ability! They are courteous and kind my father was stuck in his electric recliner they even had 9 volt batteries for it!!! Tim was there in a flash to help him out! Santo spoke kindly and with much patience to my great nephew who asked a lot of questions he even helped with my unruly pooch. Dwayne helped me through a rant and was so kind to let me vent without judgement ,he was amazing on the ground line in our home also. Can not say enough about our service experience with them!! Thank you isn’t enough.

We had a chandelier installed in one of our bedrooms and Efrain along with Chris did an outstanding job! Efrain was very helpful while discussing the estimate and what needed to be done. They were very polite, professional and got the job done quickly! We highly recommend them!

Steve was great! He came in and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. On the day of the service he finished way before he originally told me. And he wasn’t afraid of my 2 big dogs! He installed our new outlet perfectly! I’ll definitely ask for him next time!

Ricky was the best!. Very pleasant to work with. Kept us informed every step. Went above and beyond today. Kudos for such great service! Every company needs a Ricky in their employ.
