AT&T Store

Ron was AMAZING! was totally transparent with all fees and didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. He gave me above and beyond service with offering advice for a better phone experience. Ron’s personality made the whole experience a 10 out of 10! Will be going to him for all future phone needs!

So I’ve read the views and I gotta say the majority of them seem like issues with previous managers! I’ve been an AT&T customer for awhile and Ron has been my go to guy when it comes to helping me with my devices. He is so kind, patient and understanding! Not to mention very helpful! I had a bill of 800+ dollars he literally cut 300+ off my bill. This guy deserves so much because he is a honest man. I 100% recommend this guy to any and everyone! If you need help go see Ron! Not every review is a good one but this one is from the heart! THANK YOU RON!!!

Just left this store and I’m glad I stopped in! I was skeptical based on reviews, I usually go to lansdale but they closed that one. I walked in and my phone wasn’t turning on (iPhone 14 pro max) and I don’t know why. Luckily the manager I think his name is Karon knew what he was doing, took him 2 seconds and my phone was back on! I door dash so I need my main phone for work, and he helped me out! I will be returning to business with him. Thanks bro!

I hate phone shopping because it always seems super complicated where people are more concerned with muddling the truth and upselling you instead of helping you. These concerns immediately went away when I went in where I was treated by Ron. A super honest and helpful employee of this establishment. All my concerns were fixed super easily and painlessly. Ron is an asset that is unfortunately rare to find in this day and age. This will be the only phone store for me. Highly recommended.

I hope next time I go he isnt knee deep in customers after word spreads.

Justin is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond for my sister and me setting up her first phone! He even opened several models so she could see the different colors!! I will definitely be visiting Justin when I am ready to upgrade my other 3 devices!!! Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Chelsea is so nice and friendly. When I came in she was on the phone helping a customer but she took the time to acknowledge me and her courtesy set the tone for a great experience. She not only gave me a great deal on a new phone, she even recognized my last name and asked about my dad who comes into the store often. Between the personal touches and the great deal, I can’t recommend this store enough.

I worked with Jason for the most part followed by being helped by Chelsea. Let me just say that it was the easiest, and most convenient experience that I have ever had making a phone purchase. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T and they could not have been more helpful at making it the most laid back process you could imagine. Jason was extremely responsive, via text and phone call and has outstanding knowledge. If you visit the store, it would be a great idea to ask for Jason!

Just stopped by and got a brand new I phone. As soon as I walked into the store I was taken care of. No waiting here. I got helped by Chelsea who knows her business! She helped me change my plan too to save me more $$ per month and I now have a better data plan. She special ordered my new IPhone and it came to the store 3 days later. But wait there is more! So she was scheduled to leave to go on vacation for 1 week the day my phone was scheduled to come to the store and she postponed her week long vacation to make sure ME the customer was taken care of. Yeah you heard correct. That is who and what you get when you come to this store. Chelsea you are STUPENDOUS.... Thank you so much!!!

Edward was so helpful when I got my new phone! He made me feel welcome in the store, set up everything for me, and answered all of my questions! I really appreciated his honest opinion when choosing my new phone. Oh and he also helped me pick out all of my accessories like car charger and case. Thank you so much! I am still loving my phone.

Kevin is a wonderful employee! By far the most pleasant associate my whole family has worked with. Really cares about the customer and their satisfaction about the products! Even came in on his day off to assist us while I was home from school and had little time to make it in to AT&T. Wonderful experience thanks to Kevin!

Ryan Brown was my sales rep and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew the answers to all my questions and made sure I didn't walk out of the store until I was comfortable using my new Samsung Galaxy S7. (I went from using an iPhone, for the past 7 years, to an android.) He even sold me 2 accessories! I ended up having a few more questions and when I called him, he was very patient and kind.

I originally went to the GILBERTSVILLE AT&T and Joe was super helpful. Although he did not have the exact phone I wanted he called around till he found another AT&T that had the exact phone I was looking for. (2/3 different stores) Thanks Joe! Then Yama and Josh provided detailed excellent customer service when my wife and I visited the Harleysville store to purchase the iPhone 11 Pro I was looking for. They made the whole process seem very smooth, fast and pleasant. My experience with all these representatives of AT&T was outstanding. Thank you all!

Our experience was great we traded and upgraded our phones our SPECIAL specialist was Dominic he was fantastic he explained what he was doing and when all was done we had our new S7 phones with all our contacts ,pictures etc we are very happy with our experience especially with Dominic.
I want to say all the employees worked so well together and were very helpful not only with us but to each other they are a good group.

When I walked into the store one of the first people who came up to me was a girl named Chelsea Gambone. She was a cute, very easy to talk to salesperson and she helped me with my phone issues that I was having. After talking with her for about 45 minutes she told me about the perks of working at AT&T so I am going to apply there because of the customer service I was given while there. I will definitely be going to that specific store for my future business.

Ryan & Lisa, two employees at your Harleysville store could not have been more helpful to my husband and myself with the purchase and setting up of our new phones. Also, with cancelling out our old provider as well. They showed us the main operations of our new phones and told us they would be there if we had further questions or any type of problem(s).

Ryan & Lisa are two great people and I hope they are respected and treated well as employees of AT&T.

Quentin was wonderful to work with. He helped me trade up to a new iPhone and made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and good mannered. Excellent experience at the Harleysville AT&T store.

I visited this Car-tel on two consecutive days and Chelsea and Matt went above and beyond to help me. They demonstrated care and patience in working with me. I told them I was on a limited time frame and they adhered to my request. Not only was their customer service superior, but they both took time to troubleshoot my current phone and were able to help me solve the problems I was experiencing. I will definitely continue visiting this location for all of my future AT&T and Apple product needs!

I had a great experience here! I ported my number over from T-mobile and Lisa helped me make sure I had all my music and contacts transferred onto my new S6 edge. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Needed to update my cell phone plan, old plan was getting pricey.

I had a great experience yesterday with Lisa Kee. I was having major troubles with 2 of my phones. She was there to guide me with getting a new phone. I was having a very bad experience with the Samsung galaxy 3. I was on my 3rd phone with major troubles and finally had to go to a new phone. I got the Galaxy S7. Lisa set me all up with my new phone and it's going great. :) She is always there with a smile and is so helpful.
