Bergey's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I just bought a truck from Bergeys. We were off to a rough start. After a week of back and forth, we made a deal. I would like to thank Cameron (salesman), Brian, and Mike (finance guys). With the 3 of them, we were able to turn an impossible sale into the best and most seemless vehicle purchase i have ever made. I gave them a number i wanted to spend and they worked every which way and got my payment to just about whay i wanted with a balls to the wall warranty of 5 and half yrs 150k miles left on it. Hands down, if i am in the market again and they have a vehicle i am looking for, i would undoubtedly go back to them. Got the whole thing done over email, and just spent about an hour in the delaership finalizing the last tidbits. Thank you everyone at bergeys of souderton. You guys outdid yourselves on this one. Best car buying experience! Instantly hit it off with our salesman named Van. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and got us exactly the car we wanted. Everyone was amazing and I never felt any pressure. Highly recommend this dealership!

I bought my jeep in 2018 from Bergey's and they were very polite and professional. My salesman has since retired and I do receive emails from another salesman, who is also professional. I had to call them today for the scheduling a service and was again, greeted like an old friend, and treated with respect. My concerns about my vehicle were resolved and everything was professionally taken care of. They really have a way of making you feel like a person that is important and not a number or a sale. The Bergey's team is top notch and will be my "go to" dealership for service and when it comes time to replace our two jeeps. I have owned Jeeps for the last 20 years and will continue to own them. Great cars and a great dealership.

i recently had an electrical issue with my Jeep on the Pa turnpike. I called 911, the state police, jeep wave and two other Jeep dealerships. No one was nice, accommodating, or cared that I was in an emergency situation. Until I spoke to Will the next morning. He called to let me know My jeep was already up on the lift, and the tech was able to start it, so already my sense of panic from the night before was gone. He was very easy to deal with, extremely Pleasant and very accommodating. It was the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. I was happy to meet him in person when I picked up, I was literally in and out within five minutes. I live an hour away and in the future Will is the person I will call if I have any other needs for my jeep.

I absolutely looooooooove my new Jeep Wagoneer!!! That said, Van and the team at Bergey's deserve 100 stars for making the whole process so easy and painless. Van was super responsive whether it was by phone or text. The entire process from verbally committing to picking up my gorgeously-detailed Wagoneer was less than 48 hours! I wanted to check out the paint on the car in a covered area because I got burnt on my previous vehicle (LOTS of swirl marks on a brand new car :( ). It was pouring rain on the day we went up to Bergey's and our new Jeep was sitting in the detail tent waiting for our inspection. Van knew how important this was to me and he made it happen! We have two teenagers that will be driving in the next few years. Guess where we're going to buy their cars? Yup, from Van & Bergey's! They have certainly gained a customer for life!

The team noticed my VIN number was incorrect on my insurance card, which differed from my registration. That was such a big find and helpful for me to have my insurance company correct. My entire experience at Bergey’s was the best one I’ve ever had. Evan in the Service Department directed me to Julie in the Sales Department at Jeep and the deal was pretty much done before I got to the dealership. The trade in offer was fair and the price I paid for the Jeep was fair too.
The financing guy, Mike, took care of me with financing and the purchase of an extended warranty. Mike also was able to get me a reimbursement for the trade-in warranty.

Bergey's is a good dealership/service center to deal with. I was scheduled for a 7:30 "waiting appointment"; dropped off at 7:20 or so, went to breakfast and was only back about 5 minutes when it was done. Thanks for the expedient service!
