I love this place. Good stock, good enough tools for average homeowner. I have bought into the Bauer line and have everything I need from them.

Great place to shop. Never had any problems with anything I have purchased. I go monthly. Friendly people.

Let me start out by saying I love being able to go to Harbor Freight and get hand and power tools at an affordable price many of them with warranties comparable to the bigger manufacturers. I appreciate the stock and pricing on many job/site basic supplies. I also want to share that every time we go to the store we are provided with really good customer service. The other day I wanted to call to find out what the policies were for a return. Chuck answered the phone and provided amazing customer service-super pleasant and answered all of my questions patiently (i had many lol)and efficiently. The ease of the return was also appreciated -instead of me having to go to the store my partner was able to go with my phone number for the return. This is a big deal in a world where customer service is lacking and returns can be more of a hassle than they're worth. Whether you are a contractor or diyer I highly recommend this store! Great price on the basic things you need, quality is all over the place.

Staff at Allentown store were great. I called store looking for a cement mixer and spoke with Lou she was helpful and pleasant to deal with got me what I needed and back to doing my project on time.

Everyone is helpful and goes above and beyond. Some great deals!

Not sure how to review a HFT on Google... I love their tools, good quality and second to none price. The Quakertown clientele is a sweet mix of DIYers and Q-Mart natives. Go Saturday morning for excellent people watching.

Awesome staff good products

I discovered this shop recently after moving to the area, and I love it!
They carry almost everything of tools and some hardware. The quality is a lottery in some products, but the prices are unbeatable.
The attendants are polite and knowledgeable.
Thdy have a client for life now.

Great prices, everything is always on sale! If you are a home owner that doesn't use tools everyday ,the tools, equipment and various products here are perfect. While their tools aren't built to withstand heavy daily use on a job site by a pro, they are good enough quality for around the house and should last a lifetime.

The store was clean the stamp extremely knowledgeable was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted what I asked.
Bill was at the checkout today very informative and helpful. They accept online coupons today I got 20% off of my purchase.

You want affordable tools that worked you have to go to Harbor Freight a lot of their tools have lifetime warranties so even if something goes wrong you can always return it and get a new one I love this place

Im rating this particular store more than the product itself as the service i received was top notch.I was unable to pin down a 4" x 36" Belt/6" disc sander at my local HF after numerous attempts, so i called the one in Quakertown, PA and spoke to Chris who was willing to help and agreed to hold one as I needed to make a 30 minute drive to his location. It was held as promised and he knew the location of everything else I wanted from the store and was very polite, respectful, and eager to help. The Sander appears to be incredibly solid and well made. I'm excited to find an excuse to really use the it. Thanks, Chris! And thanks HF for having such competent and helpful people on your team.

This place is the best, I will never buy another tool from the rip off artists of Lowe's and home Depot and the likes of them.

I walked in to Harbor Freight Quakertown,Pa. kinda knowing what I needed and an enthusiastic employee named Adam pointed me in the right direction. Love HF. Over the years they have become my go to place for most tool related items. Just bought an electric pressure washer. Works great, plenty of pressure and will be putting it to use regularly.

What can I say? Harbor Freight is a manly version of toys-r-us. I would love to shop American made, or small, or at least local, products and businesses, but the draw is irresistible! Everything has a time, place, and required quality level. Harbor Freight fills the immediate need for products that are hard to source elsewhere. They also, historically, could sell you tools for a price similar to renting.
