These guys are great! They are expensive on certain things, but if you need a plumber that day, they are there! Will Copney was one of them and he was spectacular! He told me everything he was going to do and was an honest guy. He showed me all the issues that I was having with my house and what I could potentially avoid for now and honest and truthful man everybody needs to have him when he comes to your house to fix some.

Ryan from Chester WV came out to service our grease trap multiple times and would definitely recommend him and Mr Rooter!
Reasonably priced and came the same day, actually within 2 hours!

Jake came out for what we thought was a minor issue. He quickly found the underlying problem; which could have become a much bigger issue.

Jacob Eaton arrived quickly after I placed the call for emergency service. He was polite, personable, professional, and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He also took the time to explain the problems to me. Jacob worked diligently and resolved my plumbing issues. He cleaned up after he was done and made a final walkthrough before he left. Gabe was great! He came out in a reasonable time with traffic. He helped us so much, worked super hard and did everything he could to unclog our drain. We were very pleased with his work and it was greatly appreciated.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Tyler arrived within an hour from when I called. He was very personable and professional; he unclogged our main drain and kept me well informed of the issue. He was fantastic! I will definitely call Mr. Rooter for plumbing help in the future!

Chris and Trent were friendly and professional and did a great job fixing some failing shutoff valves in our basement. I appreciate how quickly Mr. Rooter was able send a technician to our house, and how the pricing was discussed beforehand so there were no surprises when it came time to pay.

Mike (Jones) showed up on time. Professional and friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up workspace. Excellent job. Would hire again anytime. Have had other Mr. Rooter employees before and all have been great.

These guys are great. They advertise 24 hour emergency service and they mean it. I called at 10 pm on a Friday and a member of their management staff (I believe his name was Don) answered the phone. It was the only company I called where a live person answered. All of the other so called "24 hour emergency" plumbers I called didn't answer. He even helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and called back quickly to let me know when his on-call crew would be available. I will definitely use them for future jobs.

Nick Smiley was great!!! Super fast and efficient, he got us fixed up within 20 minutes. Super professional and very nice. If we need a plumber anytime soon, we will be calling him back.

These guys were able to show up within a few hours of calling, same night after 5pm when I was home from work! When I told them my schedule the next day was tight, Ryan stayed until 11:30pm to get my hot water heater fixed ASAP. Great service, Ryan was super friendly, communicative through the whole process, and saved me when I was in a tough spot!

We’ve had consistent plumbing issues due to using home warranty companies. Working with Mr. Rooter has been extremely easy start to finish. We had Matt as a technician and he was extremely professional and thorough. This is the second time we have used Mr. Rooter to fix issues that were not fixed by other companies and we will only be using them from now on. We would recommend them to anyone!
