The shop was great! Reasonably priced and I felt very honest in what car repairs were needed. Liked them so we brought our other vehicle in to the shop as well! Going forward looks like they will be our continuous shop for repairs. Everyone I talked to there was pleasant and informative. They kept us up to date and were quick with their service.

I took my car in for a wiper motor repair and they were very nice and straight to the point explained everything to me. Called me after they checked my car told me what they found. And that they also found a few things that needed immediate care because of my safety. Was very greatfull for their thorough inspection of my car. They quoted me a price and promptly got my car done. They are very honest and courteous I love them and will definately return and tell family and friends. Great to have honest people out there. Five star definitely

Want to give Tedford Auto Repair a 5 star review after the great job they did on my 2014 Rav4. I brought it into the shop with a grinding sound thinking it was the tension pulley but they quickly diagnosed it to be the water pump instead and gave me and immediate estimate. They had the repair done in under 3 hours and I was back on the road. Very professional and great mechanics working together, I could not have been happier with the service. I recommend Telford Auto to anymore who is looking for excellent service fair pricing and quality work. I will be using them from here on for all my auto needs. Thanks Guys!

We recently came here for auto repairs on 3 of our older, high mileage cars. We had been using another auto repair shop around where we live for 20 years but have become disappointed with their customer service so we were looking for a new auto repair shop. First, we got appointments very quickly. Second, Ken's customer service is respectful and he listens (even when I don't know what I'm talking about!). I got clear explanations of what was wrong with the cars, and options and up front costs on repairs. No pressure to go beyond repairs that were essential. Their prices were fair and their service was dependable.

When I went to get a routine oil change at another facility and the transmission fluid was accidentally drained instead, Telford Auto Repair saved the day!! The team at Telford Auto Repair is highly competent, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Shawn and his team do an excellent job servicing my cars. They provide a heads up of any upcoming items that may need to be addressed for inspection but do not pressure me into doing them before they are needed or could possibly cause harm/additional damage.

Super fast oil change after my oil drain plug was stripped. I was in and out in 15 minutes, as a walk in! I'm beyond satisfied! 6 stars if it was an option!

Brought my car in for an inspection that was scheduled for the next day. They had some time at the end of the day and completed my inspection within an hour. Gave a breakdown of upcoming recommendations but let me decide what I wanted to take care of now. Informative, punctual, and not at all pushy.

I went here after seeing all the reviews and positive feedback as at the dealership they told me the battery of my car had lots of erosion and would need cleaning. I went to Costco and got the battery and decided to bring it here to see if Shawn would be willing to charge for labor being provided the part and he accepted. The replacement went well as you can see in the pictures, so I scheduled for an emission and safety inspection since it was coming due. During the inspection Shawn pointed out that my tires had severe dry rot as you can see in the picture where it had cracked a bit which you could not see from the outside. Shawn offered very nice replacement tires at a good prices where they could be delivered that day or the next. I recommend if you got the parts bring them and see what Shawn and his team can do for you or ask him what they can offer from their warehouse.

I had trouble finding a place I could rely on for auto maintenance and emergencies for the better part of a year. Telford Auto Repair finally provided the consistency and quality work I was looking for. Like their site says they got the work done right the first time. They've changed spark plugs, patched tires, changed oil and transmissions fluids for me , all in a timely manner, with friendly service and fairly priced. I'll keep going back.

Got my car inspected and they were very informative of what will need to be done for future inspection, didn't try to push for any work immediately. Very honest and I definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with this garage. They were able to schedule me quickly and they called with a cost and explanation of the repairs needed. They also finished in the same day, which is a great bonus. They also took a look at the vehicle overall to recommend other concerns but weren’t pushy in any way trying to sell me something. They also use a text system to communicate if needed. I felt the pricing was fair for the repairs made. I felt the were honest in their work. Will be a return customer.
