Took my malibu a few months back when I had a small front end collision. They took care of it right away and kept me up to date the whole time. The car was back to me exactly when it was promised and looked even better then it did before the accident. These guys know what they are doing. If you need any body work done. In the years I have used Cope's for repairs and maintenance I've never dealt with more honest, hardworking, timely, and fair mechanics. They never overcharge for the work they do or push for unnecessary repairs. I feel safe on the road knowing me and my family's cars are serviced and maintained by Cope's. My family has been using Copes for over 20 years, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are honest, reliable, and friendly. If I drop my car off for an issue, I know that it will be fixed at a fair price, and I never fear that they'll do something to force a repeat visit. It can be hard to trust a mechanic, but I'd trust these guys with my life.

I came to my client for a listing appointment and got a flat tire. Was driving 5 mph in a pouring rain and looking for a place to get it fix. Noticed a sign of Cope’s and asked if it’s possible, prepared to pay a fortune. To my relief and surprise, I got quick, high quality, honestly priced help in this impeccably clean place with a lovely waiting area equipped with a coffee machine. Thank you so very much! Some of the most amazing mechanics around!!!!! They will do what's best for the customer, even if it means telling you the problem isn't worth fixing. They go above and beyond to find the best solution, and call you before doing anything. They also will not con you into work you don't need!!!

Can not praise Copes enough. Once again the work done on our van was done right the first time and this time under budget. Their was a hick up getting tires in time that was not their fault. They had a loaner car ready if I wanted it. The work was completed first thing the next day. Bring your car or truck here if you need it right the first time for a fair price. I was formerly a customer of Starbrite in Souderton, and went to have my annual inspection and emissions completed, and was given the run-around by a technician there who told me it passed, and when I questioned the noted repairs needing attention, he back-tracked and told me it didn't pass and needed control arms to pass. When I asked to speak to my husband first, he gave me an outrageous number of $1,100 for control arms and said they were cracked and needed to pass inspection, and said he could do them and all brake pads/rotors for $2,277. Something in the way he spoke to me sounded very fishy, so I paid my emissions and oil change. I reached out to Jon Orlik and John Maven at Cope's for a second opinion. Jon Orlik treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, reviewed my inspection notes from Starbrite, and got my vehicle in immediately for service and inspection. Not only were the control arms not necessary, but the price Starbrite had given me was 2x the amount that Cope's quoted me. I ended up getting my bushings replaced, and went ahead to have all brake pads and rotors replaced (even though they were not yet needed) because of Jon and his team's honesty. We will now be Cope's customers for a lifetime!!!! If you're looking for an honest garage who is there to help their customers, especially during a pandemic when we are all financially suffering, Cope's is the place you should be. I get my car fixed quite often and Copes can always get my in for a appointment and good timing with fixing it too. I’ve been to many car shops in the area and copes by far has been the best one and most reliable! Thank you!

Excellent Services will provide transportation when you are getting work done. Very nice people .Work was done right the first time. Prices are a bit high. But i will use copes for all of my service and repair needs.I trust them with what thay tell me my vehicle needs.

Well ,not sure if me being an employee is fair to post an experience. However I will say this, I hold the owner and his wife in high regards along with the people I work with. Take it for what its worth its something you just don't hear from employees anymore and i know I'm not the only person in this company that thinks that.
