This park is so interesting. The park is right next to some big houses which is so interesting. There are some varied trails and connects chalfont to warrington. The trail has a mix of bird watching trails, water, flat land and hills. If you need a restroom it is right near the one train (i cant remember the name). You have access to dog walking areas as well. Bird watchers have this one location with birdfeeders (picture attached) that you can view all year around-weather permitting. If you jog its about 5 miles on one bland trail before entering 5 miles of 3 miles of tree and body of water based trails. I was able to jog side by side water which was nice for some time. Parking is not busy at all especially the one that starts off the Bradford dam trail.

Some history on the place. The park was once a U.S Army base that contained Nike Missiles. The missiles were used in defense and so you can tell that by the landscape of the area. When exploring the area, you will see that they are trying to revamp the area catered to nearby toll brother homes. The juxtaposition between nature, neighborhood esque vibes alongside with government based historic land is rather evident. There is approximately 15 miles to explore.

Play ground for all. There’s a big jungle gym, if that’s what they’re called anymore, a small walking trail with exercise stops right as you drive in. Beyond that is parking, a large field where the missile silos were to the right is the entrance to the nature trail which extends over a mile to a dammed area. Always has been clean.

Attended for grandparent's day. It was nice, but very hot. The park it's self is wonderful - clean, well maintained, with lots of areas for the kids. We didn't get to the walking trail but we will next time. Watch for bees by the bathrooms.

This is a really neat local park. Cool history too.
- John Paul Park at Lower Nike once was the Nike Base, a working military missile silo that has since been closed and dedicated to the Township. All pavilions and band stand have direct access to public water and electricity. John Paul Park at Lower Nike is a favorite spot for party rentals.

This place is great. There are wide open fields to do basically what you want. The park is far enough from the road so you can let your dog out. There is a little park for young kids and a whole outdoor gym for the adults. There are restrooms that are somewhat maintained. There are water fountains with nice cold water. The best part of it all is the trail. There is a nice long trail to bike, walk, run. The best part of the trail is the end. It takes you out to the warrington Dam. You can walk on top of the hill and watch the sunset over large fields. Probably the best view of all of Warrington.

Enjoyable, fairly flat 1.2 mile trail through a wooded area next to a stream and a meadow. Keep in mind the trail isn't a loop so once you hit the dam and turn around it'll be double the length.

I love this park. Two main walking trails, one directly through the woods and one on a paved path between some houses and the woods. I never see trash or graffiti in this park. Well maintained, great place for a walk.

Pavilions open for use...free parking, current construction on some playgrounds but lots of open space, trails ect. Enter and exit from Folly Road. Google directions may take you to Street Road instead.

Nice hiking trail!! Long enough and varied natural scenes even though this so close to neighborhoods that you don't realize it!
