Target

My experience was great. The whole building got redone like 3-4 years ago. The self check out area has not been updated. Hopefully soon. Overall, great store.

I had purchased an item from Target as a Christmas gift. It shipped same day as my purchase! After recieving the video game I discovered that someone else had already gotten him the gift. Returning it was so easy. There wasn't any line. The woman working returns was extremely pleasant. I didn't need my reciept, just the credit card the item was purchased with. Definitely liked dealing with Target. It was just as easy as Amazon and I liked giving another company my business. I really don't want to end up with Amazon as my only choice in the future.

I left a bag at the self checkout and when I returned to customer service they searched for my bag but couldn’t find it. I was told to go and pick out my items again at NO CHARGE! I mean, WOW! I did have my receipt, but I really appreciated that they trust their customers and would allow for that. It was all my beauty products so it was the most expensive bag I could have left behind! I really was so happy with the customer service!

I ordered an item online and I was able to pick it up quickly in the store. The young woman who helped me was very nice and gregarious.

Had a great experience here, came in for one thing. I thought i lost my car keys and KRISTEN (i hope i didnt mess her name up) she was awesome with assisting me. We didnt find them in the store. But with her help i did eventually find them. Thanks a lot meant the world.

Easy to use app, order always processed quickly. Drive up experience is always satisfactory.

When I went to pick up my order and saw the line, I sighed to myself. But, Target had a VERY nice gentleman that went along the line, in order, and got everyone's on line order items. Still trying to figure out how my new coffee maker works, but extremely happy with the price and the whole experience!

It's really fun going into Target the stores are uncluttered well lit you find everything that you need and all the stores are well maintained not like the other big box store that is very difficult to shop and because it is so dirty ugly and not clean. You can count on Target all the time

The store was bright and cheery. It was well stocked. It was fun walking around and looking at everything. The employees were helpful and pleasant.

I love this Target!!! It’s on my way from work so it’s my usual go-to target. The staff is always so nice and friendly. Even when they are bringing out my curbsides in the rain! No complaints.

Great drive up service always

I live extremely close to this location, like wayy to close for my own good. However it often times pays off for my family + I. Aside from doing regular shopping here for home goods, clothes and seasonal, I find any time I need a last minute ingredient or prepared dish for meal time , this is my go to. Even over Walmart which is in the next shopping center over.
This location is always stocked with carts as I enter, which comes in handy with 2littles in tow. Staff is always efficient and friendly if I need to return/exchange, or one 1 occasion, pick up my lost debit card.
Overall, this location is clean, efficient and friendly. The shelves are generally well stocked with stylish home decor and clothing items at good price points as well as a generous grocery selection. I appreciate the variety of brands also offered.

I love my shopping experience there. Friendly and caring employees and pharmacists. You feel like you are with friends and family. I had to order online and have pick up service. The order was right and ready.

Bright, clean, well organized store with something for everyone. Quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Friendly, happy, helpful staff in all departments. I've never had a negative experience in this store. They have a well organized gift/bridal registry available. I've used this service several times for purchasing gifts, and it is by far the most user friendly one I've dealt with. Sometimes, an employee will take you through the store to help find what you need from the registry list. Their list are kept very accurate as they are updated as you make your purchases, not once a day like some other stores. Their service desk for returns is quick, easy, and friendly. I've always had a positive visit at this store.

Drive up service was great! Fast! Contactless! Got everything right without I set my foot off the car. Thumbs up on this compare to one of their competitors.

I am impressed with the great staff. The manager Kaylee impressed me the most. She took care of my problem with a tv I bought . She has a great personality and she takes charge of the situation professionally. I would recommend this store for your product needs. Great job Target for hiring her.

Target has set what should be the standard for customer service across the retail business. The Warrington PA store is staffed by the most pleasant people you'll find anywhere, but even more than that, they actually know what they're doing! I primarily use "order online/pick up in store", and across countless orders, I've never found an error. Additionally, I haven't waited more than 5 minutes at the very busiest of times, and generally, someone's waiting on me the moment I walk up to the counter. It's pretty clear that Target has high standards for customer service, but at the same time, I'm guessing they must treat their employees fairly. You just can't fake being that friendly or polite if your employer treats you terribly. The Walmartians could learn a lot from Target. 😀

Update: The very same high standard of service applies to drive-up pickup as well. Amazing associates who show some hustle and motivation, and don't act like they're dragging their feet. Target does it right.

I went to target today. The cashier ( which I apologize I forget his name) was so friendly. I am handicapped and he made sure that he came around and placed all my bags into my scooter for me. Also this store (Warrington) always have their scooters charged and plenty of them.

The customer service. A rep from the electronics dept., Kevin, assisted me in finding everything I was looking for. He took the time to answer all my questions while maintaining a polite and courteous attitude. He looked up if I could buy something on amazon for less money and matched whatever it was. Although I wasn't ready to buy some of the things he showed me, I will most definitely be returning to this store to purchase the items in question, thanks to the service I received from your employee. Amazon cannot give me that.

I've done pickup in store before mostly so that my husband can just go to the store and not think/remember what we need. He just gives his name. I just tried drive up for the first time since I knew I would have a sleeping baby in the car. No phone call necessary to let them know I arrived. I did it all through the app and my order was brought to my car in less than 60 seconds. 7 month old stayed asleep the whole time! And the best part is whether it's pickup or drive up the order is ALWAYS ready in under the 2 hours they state. Today it was ready in under 1 hour. Finally a store that uses technology correctly!
