Forever 21

About two weekends ago I walked into the store and immediately saw a sales associate with a oversized Patel and neon colored shirt folding clothes. I was excited to ask her where she had got her shirt from and she lead me straight to it with no issues. When I found out about the store gift cards not working properly I immediately asked for a manager. One of my coworkers gave me a lot of gift cards as a gift and I immediately asked is there anything I could do. Maurice the manager was very calm when I spoke with him. I was frustrated due to that Saturday being my day off and he suggested pick out your items and let’s just see what we can do. You may have to come back and I explained that it was fine as long as I was able to pick up the items. When I got to the register the gift card worked and Aqwanna and Faye the cashiers were very helpful and eager to help with patience. The manager Maurice was very effective at doing his job as well. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

This store offers a wide variety of trendy clothing and accessories. I like their shirts and their jewelry the best. I have a lot of shackets from here that are good quality. The line is long at times but it usually moves quickly. They get new items in very often. I recommend this store for cute, trendy clothing.

I have to say that I am usually pleased when shopping here. This is one of my daughters favorite stores to get clothes. The prices are actually good and the quality of the product is acceptable considering the prices. The clearance section is huge. It is a mess. Clothes everywhere. Wish they had a better system to display. So hard to find your size in my opinion. Not just from shopping for my daughter but also watching others frustrated at seeing something they want only to find it's not their size. Never had my daughter return an item for any reason yet (probably just jinxed myself).

The sales clerk was so helpful with informing me which clearance items were $3. Currently all red tag clearance is $3. There sales are amazing! I can always find a great outfit for a night out!🥰

Cashier was very friendly even though the wait in line was usually long...The good deals and nice service at checkout made up for it.

Enormous selection of clothes at extremely affordable prices that cater to teens and adults. In that respect, Forever 21 is comparable to Primark. What's different:

•Primark sells items for the home
•Primark sells children/baby clothes
•Primark has a much larger selection of shoes
•Forever 21 sells better-made clothing
•Forever 21 has a better return policy
•Forever 21 has many locations
•Forever 21 has online shopping

I love this store they have great price's but are very messy if they wear clean it would be rated 100% but dor now its deftly 86%

Great store for my daughter. Large selection of clothes with very reasonable prices. Can always find something here for her.
