Metro Self Storage - Chadds Ford

I recently had a positive experience with a storage facility that I highly recommend. What impressed me the most was how clean and well-kept the facility was. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The location was also convenient, making it easy for me to access my stored items. Throughout my time there, the staff was always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with any needs or questions I had. I want to give a special shout-out to Jason and Gary, who made the moving-out process incredibly easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable and well-maintained storage option, I suggest checking out this facility. It's a great choice for all your storage needs.

Manager was extremely helpful! Finally a non stressful piece to the stressful process of moving out of my apt into storage. Facility very organized and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Jason and team are attentive, prompt when anything is needed. Recently, I lost my debit card and they called to get the update when it was declined. With the other issues I am dealing with right now, this means a lot. The facility is clean and well maintained. I like that there is a garage I can pull into when weather is nasty to access the storage

I confirmed my unit at Metro Storage today and was really impressed with the facility (large, bright, super clean, impeccably maintained, safe and secure). The pull-in storage bays are a huge plus. Big thank you to Jason (manager) who oriented me to Metro Storage, gave me a tour, helped me select a right-sized unit, and efficiently walked me through the registration process. Amazing customer service--thank you, Jason!

I am a new customer to Metro Self Storage in Chadds Ford, PA in 2023.
I was previously with Reybold/Storage Rentals of America for 17 years. I called Metro after having management issues with SROA.
I am glad I called Metro as Jason answered and immediately put me at ease with his professional attitude and knowledge of the facility and giving me a complete rundown of the things, I could expect if I became a Metro Self Storage customer.
I stopped by the facility in Chadds Ford, PA. I met Jason and was given a tour of the facility. After returning to the lobby, I was so impressed that I immediately rented the same size unit that I had with SROA and upon returning home set up a truck for the move from SROA to Metro.
The best thing I could have done was to follow through with this as I am so impressed with the Metro facility and Jason that I wished I had done this when I saw the building completed. (I drive by this facility daily to and from work) I watched it being built...

We recently rented a storage unit and the move in process was seamless, easy and the overall experience was 10/10. Garry and the metro staff are super friendly, accommodating and helped answer any questions that we had. The storage facility is clean and well managed.
