Boscov's

So many good deals and sales within the entire store! I was able to accomplish a lot of Christmas shopping for multiple family members all in one place! And everything I bought I got a great deal on! The Christmas music playing along with all of the deals just made for a really nice holiday shopping experience! The cashier who helped me was so very kind, his name was Stephen. He went above and beyond and we had such a wonderful conversation. He made my experience shopping there even better by his kindness and I left the store so happy and thankful that I got to meet Stephen! I hope everyone who reads this has a wonderful And Blessed Christmas!

My go to store now for over twenty years and counting. Nice merchandise selection, always great prices, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Glad there is one store chain remaining that operates like department stores from the past- right down to the candy counter!

Veterans- they have a great Veteran's discount that you can use easily online or in store. Real savings that makes a difference, for which I'm very grateful.

Best Store to buy clothes for women and also other accessories. They have a large number of collections. During the black Friday there was a great discount.
They have good collections for plus size and normal size.

Also this store has all kinds of items, clothes for all, kid toys, shoes, some of the kitchen items etc.

Love this store. Buy all my clothes here, they have very fair prices and sales… I must mention though, there is one man with glasses that works the mattress and couch department. He is extremely rude and arrogant. Should be fired. All other employees are very nice and helpful

The store was neat and clean. Had a good selection. The employee in customer service was great and patient. Hope Boscov's is around for a long time. The store was busy but pieceful, which made me want to stay.

I love the sales, the the cashiers are very helpful especially in the shoe department where it is always crowded. I love that you can get free wrapping paper and boxes for your gift needs. The bathrooms are always the lady in customer service at the boscov's in Concord mall gets kudos. The one the one that was on between 9:00 in the morning till around 4:00 in the afternoon I forgot her name but she was really helpful

This is an older boscovs which may look dated but still has its charm. You can tell the entire mall which this is attached has seen much better days and is obviously long past it's prime. The employees were friendly and store was stocked but with the mall in the state it is I question this boscovs longevity as I can imagine it may struggle to break even now a days. Boscovs brands are not the greatest and a lot of never heard of brands which isn't a deal breaker but something to consider. Seems on par with kohl's now

Mom asked me to get her a light weight vacuum on sale. Thought maybe they would be sold out. They had plenty of stock. Mom is happy.

Boscovs has a lot of things to choose from. From clothing to furniture, you name it. They even have a optical department where you can get eye exams but the wonderful Dr Makar and get a great deal on glasses. The optical department is on the second floor. I recommend this store they have lots of discounts too like senior and military

Boscov's always has unusual stuff at great prices. Clerks are usually very helpful. My last purchase was a stretch chair cover needed because the dog liked the leather covering on my favorite chair arms! I considered it a good buy at 29.99.

As a retailer, Boscovs is great. They have a large variety of items, from clothing to shoes to outer wear to home goods to furniture to holiday items. There's something for everyone. It's deemed a store that is more for the older generation, but there is something for every age group. The fact that a more tenured age group may frequent Boscovs speaks to its boutique charm. In today's times, there aren't a lot of places where the tenured may feel safe and comfortable to shop and / or work. But Boscovs has been the store for all ages, pricing that's sure to please your wallet and offers layaway options, great sales like the friends of friends sale thats taking place on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 which offers an additional 25% purchase with the purchase of a $5 voucher. It's a worthy charitable cause and you can find great deals and save money...win...win!

I went in for a pair of dressy sandals and a dress for an important dinner. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted for sandals, but I found a beautiful dress! And I got lucky because it was 80% off!! My husband bought a few shirts and I also bought like 5 shirts as well. The best part was that the amount for all the stuff we bought was cheaper than the original price of the dress!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice Boscovs at the Concord mall still is. It was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of cashiers.
