This Verizon store in Edwardsville, Illinois is fantastic! Managers Mel and Scott along with Specialist Paul are all SUPERSTARS‼It took time, patience, and expertise to solve my complicated and confusing issues regarding a stolen phone and account errors. They ran with it, did work on their end, and made the right connections for me to solve it all. And it was all done with understanding and primo customer service skills.

I want to add that this store is spotlessly clean and precisely organized.

Customers are also greeted and helped immediately upon entering the store.

You cannot go wrong here!

Upgraded a phone at this location in less than 30 min, and left satisfied with the transaction. This is after they helped me correct my mistake for ordering the wrong phone online. Turned out it was much simpler to correct than I thought.

Verizon? More like VeRAYzon! I was ready to switch to a competitor until Ray the Rockstar talked me through my issues and facilitated my line transfer and phone upgrade like a true professional. I am shocked there is not a line of women around the block with “phone issues” seeking the help of Raymond. That man deserves a raise!

A very special thank you to Mohammad for such a stellar customer service experience! My phone randomly stopped sending and receiving SMS messages, and after an unproductive Verizon service call, I decided to head into the store for assistance. There, I was pleasantly greeted by Mohammad who proceeded to troubleshoot my phone’s issue with two different Verizon representatives for well over an hour! I was amazed by Mohammad’s positive and supportive demeanor throughout the entire time! Not once did he display any sentiments of frustration, or annoyance given this fix had taken far longer than either of us had anticipated. To top it all off, he reviewed my account and informed me about monthly savings I was oblivious to! Needless to say, I wish all of my customer service experiences were as positive and productive as this! Thanks again Mohammad for being the gold standard of excellent customer service!!

Love this store. First time here. I normally go to the one in Fairview heights. Long wait times and was told misinformation by an old employee. But this store...... The young lady who helped us was freakin awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns. And everything she told me was true. I know that should be normal and nothing special. She's just doing her job right....... But it means so much to me to just smile and give good service. I forgot her name but she would remember me and my wife. Thanks so much!!

I was there today to get a new iPhone and also got a new iwatch. Ray was awesome !!!!!

Everyone was very helpful! I almost didn't go because of the negative reviews, but everyone was friendly & courteous. Jackie provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire process. The manager greeted me upon walking through the door to check me in. Don't listen to the other reviews, seriously, this place was awesome. I have to assume that the other reviews were written by AT&T employees.

Scott did a fantastic job helping us return and exchange our phone. On our second trip we had virtually no wait. Scott was well informed of the programs and options. He explained everything in terms we could easily understand. I was simply impressed with the level of service.

Had trouble removing a charged app from Verizon. We had an employee at their store spend whatever time it took to get it right. Her name was Marissa. She deserves a lot of credit. I know they work on commission. Good job Marissa.

Brought my 82 yr old mother in to purchase a Samsung Note 5 for mother's day. The service person was very patient and you can imagine how important that was. Plus, he actually spoke to my mother, too! She really enjoyed the experience. The Note 5 is awesome! I loved setting it up for her. Nice device for older users who struggle with smaller screens. Mom loves looking at pics on it. Really easy adjustment from her Galaxy S3. I'm surprise marketing isn't targeting older users in Mom's niche. With all of us younger people traveling and living away, the Note 5 is so much easier for the elders to use than an iPad. When the new Note arrives, I'm going to switch from my Galaxy S6. I love writing on screen with the pen.

The staff in this store is always friendly and very helpful but Ryan went above and beyond. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area!
