Great experience from the beginning. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions. They were patient and provided me all the information I asked for. After the free estimate on a new HVAC, he even came back a second time (for free) to answer more questions and ensure I had all the options I was looking for. Installation went very smoothly and completed in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! We had a minor plumbing issue and decided to give Central Penn a call after receiving a postcard in the mail. The woman who answered the phone made scheduling super quick and easy. We called in the morning, and she was able to schedule a tech for later that same afternoon. Casey, the tech, was the best. He was professional, fixed the issue quickly, and happily explained the work he did. So grateful we got their postcard in the mail, and absolutely will be calling and requesting Casey for any future plumbing issues we have! Thanks for an awesome experience all around.

We hired Central Penn Plumbing for our master bathroom renovation project. Every aspect of our experience was 5 star. Starting with setting up the estimate, all the way through to completion, every CPP employee was polite, respectful, professional, and most importantly, the work was done correctly, when scheduled. Their employees are obviously well trained and they’re sent out with well equipped vans with quality material. Their workmanship was excellent, too. The pricing for their services was fair and reasonable. We will not hesitate to use CPP again.

Excellent service!! Both technicians were phenomenal and did a great job!! Even Madison was great and able to get the guys to come the same day I called! Also, I was amazed that the owner gave me a call that evening thanking me for becoming a new customer!! Central Penn Plumbing is amazing, would recommend to anyone!! My Central Penn Plumbing experience was fantastic. We had a couple things that needed potential repair in our home, and they guided us with wisdom and expertise. Very trustworthy, and I was impressed that some thing I thought needed repaired actually did not, and they were honest and told us that it did not need the repair and why. They could have easily said it needed fixed and I wouldn’t have known any different. They also gave us a great price on our furnace and AC unit that both did need replaced. I recommend this company!

After purchasing my home last year, I contacted Central Penn (listed on paperwork from the newly installed heat pump), to schedule the annual service. I've been using them for everything ever since!

The clerks/front desk staff are always so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Austin, was the technician who responded for my heat pump and I now request him every time! He's extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through what he would be doing and why. Being a first time home buyer, he really makes the process easy. He shows up on time and is always professional and kind. In my past employment (with a construction company) I've worked with lots of subcontractors. Central Penn really stands out as a company who cares and they've been great so far! They are reasonable and stand behind their products/services. Austin goes above and beyond every time he's here and it's very appreciated! That kind of reliable customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them for heating/cooling and electrical. I've yet to use them for plumbing. Love my heat pump!

Everyone is very easy and pleasant to work with. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. The guys who come to the house are exceptional. Knowledgeable and helpful. Today we missed the appointment accidentally so they found a way to work us in another time today. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Austin called 10 min before arrival and since he was new to servicing my home was very polite in asking where everything was located. He quickly got to work and was friendly.

Five stars are not enough to express the quality of work and dedication of the employees at Central Penn and its owner, Scott. Our geothermal heating unit stopped working in the middle of winter. Geothermal units are very complex, particularly when they rely upon an open ground well system. It turned out that there were multiple problems with different pieces of equipment, which required follow-up visits and coordination with the well company. Scott and his team were fantastic the entire time and they never stopped working/investigating until all the problems were discovered and solved. Every one of them was extremely professional and kind, clearly explaining all the issues and processes involved. Central Penn saved us from having to replace the entire system in the dead of winter. We could not have asked for better service and time and attention to our problems -- AND at a more than reasonable rate. Their office staff were also great to workk with. We ultimately will be replacing our heating system (with a conventional heat pump) and we definitely will be using Central Penn.

The technician Casey arrived on time time identified several problems and fixed them all immediately, cleaned up and was very professional. My husband and I had several questions about other plumbing and heating parts and Casey directed us to talk to central penn for a system check up. This was a great experience and we will send all our house needs to Central Penn.
Oh and the price was great too!

Furnace leaking and saturating the carpet. Called up Central Penn, Jessica set up an appointment for us on Thursday morning. Tuesday afternoon received a phone call from Jessica she had a plumber who could be at the house today. A couple minutes after her call, received a call from Alex saying he would be at the house in about 15 mins. Greeted me in a very friendly, professional manner and went to look at the furnace. Quickly found the problem, repaired it, and ensured the furnace worked before leaving. Alex showed and explained the problem and also how he fixed the problem. I am extremely satisfied and will be recommending Central Penn to others. Alex and Jessica are truly assets to your company. I feel they both went above & beyond to ensure the problem was repaired in a very timely manner.

We had our house built brand new 12 years ago. Central Penn did all of the plumbing and HVAC for our home at that time, and they did an outstanding job. We have utilized them exclusively in the subsequent years for our service and maintenance needs, and their commitment to quality craftsmanship continues to this day. They simply do superb work, and everyone - from the owner, to the office staff, to the field techs - is great to deal with. I am very cautious when giving recommendations, but when anyone asks if I know a good plumbing/HVAC company I will always immediately refer them to Central Penn.

Had no running water in my house Scott came out and immediately started looking at everything, within 20 to 30 minutes found my problem, told me that some pipes were frozen he was very helpful with the next steps for me to take and told me exactly how to fix it. I had a different plumber out from a different company who told me that the same pipes were not frozen. Highly recommend these guys they are great and very friendly.

Central Penn Plumbing Service has been a reliable partner in helping my tenants with their needs. Once contacted, they respond quickly. I am usually out of town so having a reliable service a phone call away is very important.

I signed up for annual maintenance program and on the first visit they found a gas leak in my basement. Fixed it the next day and made sure everything was working properly. Techs are always respectful of our home and even take the time to show you everything they did.

Been using Central Penn for the past year and everyone has been very professional and super friendly! They call to remind you when services are due which is nice since I’m not always thinking about getting my heater tuned up before winter when I need it! Most recently had maintenance from Ben who answered all my questions and was respectful of my home! I highly recommend!

They were available for an emergency job day after New Years. Mark was on time, called ahead of arrival, diagnosed issue with oil burner and got it running in an hour with hardly breaking a sweat. My goto HVAC place was closed that day and now I have two goto places. Price was right where I expected. Would highly recommend.

Central Penn Plumbing has been servicing my geothermal heating/air-conditioning unit for 10 years. The staff who schedule the appointments are very courteous, kind and professional. The technicians and plumbers are also very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I have an annual maintenance contract with Central Penn Plumbing, and it is worth every penny.

We had a great experience with Central Penn Plumbing this morning. The technician (Casey) came out and replaced our outdoor faucet (bib) and installed a turn off valve so we can turn off the water over the winter. Thanks!
