Faulkner Alfa Romeo-Maserati Mechanicsburg

A few weeks ago, my other half and I had the absolute privilege of working with Steven and Kassandra - at Faulkner Alfa Romeo/ Maserati in Mechanicsburg, PA. I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect - as we were there to test drive a pre - owned Lexus that we found online. Steven, who I found out was relatively new to the industry, was a perfect gentleman and made buying a very easy decision! He was very informative, easy to talk to, and kept it straightforward. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with him throughout the entire process. Kassandra is probably one of the coolest f&i / new car sales mgrs that I’ve ever met!! She is just a lovely person to work with inside and out.. and it takes a true Queen to be a boss in that world. I’m not going to lie - the f&i office is usually the part of the whole deal that I dread the most 😂😂 but she made it fun!!! I also learned a lot about Alpha Romeo and Maserati while I was there. I think his name was Tim - was above and beyond type great. While we were waiting, he took us on a tour of the dealership - which was completely spotless btw - and showed us the customization center. I was thoroughly impressed by my experience with the staff and as a whole - at this dealer. As someone who has spent over a decade in consulting for the auto industry, I’ve spent plenty of time working with a fair share of dealers all over the country… and I rank them at the top. Thanks!

Faulkner Maserati Alpha Romeo IS my go-to dealer for high quality automobile purchases and service. From the GM (Chris) to every Associate there, customer service is warm and top notch. When I need service, Keith is ALWAYS willing to ensure my car is returned in top shape and performance tuned. Bobby and Cassie always come and say hello which makes me feel like a highly valued customer. There is NO OTHER dealership who can compare. Over the years we have purchased numerous vehicles from dealerships in PA, MD, and VA; Faulkner Maserati Mechanicsburg, PA was by far one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have had to date. From the first email inquiring about the vehicle, buying the vehicle, in-depth explanation/ review of the vehicle, financing, etc was top notch.

Great place to buy a vehicle! The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They give you a fair deal on your new vehicle and for your trade-in. It is a very low stress process.

I had an unexpected problem, partially of my own making, which the dealership resolved quickly same day and made time in their schedule to complete upcoming preventative maintenance to make the visit extra productive.

Brian is the master of all GM’s and Tim is the coolest hybrid photographer/salesman I’ve met in my time. Travis is also a great dude and made sure we had everything good to go and in order before we left.

Got oil change today and we're very professional

My family and I recently traveled from about 2 hours away to see a used car at Faulkner Maserati Alfa Romeo in Mechanicsburg, PA. We were looking to buy a used Range Rover Evoque and could not find many (or any) available for sale with the features we were looking for. When we found one at Faulkner, I was concerned about the experience I would have there, since it is not a Land Rover dealer and, since we were coming from two hours away, the dealership would presumably assume I would not be a recurring customer who would be buying all their cars there or getting their cars serviced there.

That said, we could not have been happier with our experience at the dealership with Bobby (Sales Mgr), Steven (Sales Rep) and Kassandra (Finance Mgr). All were knowledgeable and personable and despite it being a used car of a different kind from what they sell, Steven had taken the time to go through the vehicle, learn as much as he could about it, and answer all our questions. Bobby’s a pleasure to talk to – a real gem. And on the finance side, I actually came to the dealership with a pre-approved check from my bank for the auto loan, but Kassandra went to work to see if she could get me a better deal. She worked tirelessly on that Saturday morning and ended up putting me into an auto loan at nearly a full percentage point better than my bank check – what a win!

Also, as mentioned above, this is not a Land Rover dealership. So, on the sale of a used car, I would not be receiving a survey from the car manufacturer asking about my experience with the dealer (and, as mentioned above, I came from a long distance away, so less likely to be a repeat customer). So they didn't have to worry about me complaining on a manufacturer survey. Given the circumstances, I should have expected about the worst experience you might get at the dealership. So if my experience was the worst, you can definitely expect to be completely satisfied with your dealings with these fine folks!

The dealership is also very clean and well-kept. And Steven has remained in touch since we bought the car to make sure we don't need anything from them. I highly recommend you visit Faulkner Maserati Alfa Romeo in Mechanicsburg, PA if you are in the market for a car. A+ experience.

I have had multiple issues with my car since I bought it used from a different dealership. Faulkner Alfa has been nothing but exceptional with their service and accommodations. They’ve dealt with my warranty company for me, I’ve even been able to text them at odd hours with issues and they respond. Prices are as expected when having work done at a dealership but it’s so reliable. Couldn’t recommend them more

I drove an extra hour and a half instead of going to Germantown because of the way I was treated on the phone in my initial call, hoping not to be disappointed, and I was not! Keith, the service manager was excellent, thorough, and professional, and Chris, the GM was awesome! They took care of me, were very thorough, and didn't try to screw me like many dealerships do...only negative was they wouldn't let me drive the MC20😅
