A&B definitely earned my business! Jason was very polite, patient, and upfront! Communication was top-notch throughout the repairs needed for my Jeep. There was an issue with my jeep that most automotive shops would’ve taken the easy route and replaced the whole system to save the technicians some elbow grease and frustration. The mechanics at A&B were able to fix the problem and save me some money. Very honest shop. I left my jeep overnight for repairs the next day, and I expected to have the jeep in the shop for the entire day. Jason and his crew got right to work, identified the problem, repaired it, and followed through with excellent communication. My Jeep was ready for pick up by 11 o’clock! Great job, A & B!

I have been using A&B for years. They are honest and hard working and have excellent communication. I feel safe taking my car to them. I know they won't rip me off. They also worked with my car's warranty, which made me really happy and enabled me to get all the work I needed done on my car. Everybody is super friendly, too. I can't really say enough about how great they are, so I'll just keep supporting them with my business for years to come.

Wonderful service! Everyone on the A&B team, no matter who I talk to, has always been so helpful, kind, and informative. I'm not nervous to ask questions and I never feel like they're trying to up-charge me or convince me that I need things that I don't. Would recommend.

A&B has been such a blessing to our family! We were fortunate to find them based on google reviews three years ago when we moved to the area. We have had three cars come in and out of this shop and will continue to bring our current and future vehicles here for service. They are honest, kind, understanding, not pushy at all, do excellent work for a fair price, and I know they will only recommend the work my vehicle absolutely needs, while being transparent about what work it might need coming up. They stand behind their work 100% - the ONLY time we had a minor issue they made it right immediately. Taking your car in for service can be really stressful. You never know how much it will cost or what they may find that is wrong with it. I know that whatever they quote me is what it definitely needs and I don’t bat an eye having it done because I know it’s money well spent.

Trust, communication, and trust again. Over the years, A&B Auto never fails to provide the best service that I can count on. Jason called me after confirming the brake issues, suggested responsible fixes, and made them in a very timely and skillful manner. Kara did her customer interface with kindness and joy. This place is the best. I grew up in a small town of 600 about an hour north of Mechanicsburg, where you knew you were getting honest, quality service at a good price because your neighbors could vouch for the garage. When I moved to Mechanicsburg in March, I was nervous about finding a new garage that I felt like I could trust (and frankly, afford). I am SO GLAD I found A&B on my first try. Last week, I took my car to the dealership for a theft system update and asked them to do their general free inspection. They called me back and said (long story short) that everything I wanted or "needed" done would cost $5,000 and I should "consider a new car" (my car is in very good shape and paid off). I said no thank you to that and took it over to A&B right away.

Jason was my tech and he is great to work with. Not only is he thorough, he's personable and always checks with you before he does anything. He's detailed when he calls and provides you with all your options. If you're a woman, you know how it can go sometimes when you're working with a garage - sometimes it feels like you're being treated like you don't know what you're talking about or that you are being conned into doing something you don't need because they don't think you'll know the difference... that is NOT the case with Jason. I felt like I was treated as an equal and presented with facts.

I look forward to working with A&B again in the future and suggest them to anyone looking for an honest, reputable garage.

I've been taking my vehicles to Mark for almost 20 years. I do most of my own work to my cars, so I take the cars here for inspection. The mechanics are fair in any assessment and always let me know if they see any issues that may linger so I can repair them myself and offer any advice as well. Great local car place!!

This places throws sand at the “corrupt mechanic” stigma. You will not find nicer, more thoughtful people in the industry. Don’t sit on appointments, though, because it’s not a secret and they’re often booked a few weeks out.

Jason is the best and he knows my Audi very well and calls and let's me know exactly what is going on and how much I will owe if I need the work. All 3 of our vehicles go in there for inspection and they are the best. I Would not go anywhere else in this area.

Best automotive place around! My family and I have been using A&B for years and they always do exceptional work at a fair price! I have had a few negative experiences elsewhere with some other local shops, but never with A&B. Their professionalism, honesty, and kindness has earned my trust and loyalty for years to come! When a Great Review is deserved, I never hesitate to offer it up..... Hands down, this is a Great Shop for Automotive / Vehicle needs. It is extremely difficult to find businesses you TRUST. Excellent Service. The owners and mechanics go out of their way to assist in providing feedback, getting the car in/serviced, and BACK UP THEIR WORK. They are Kind and Attentive.
