Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Not sure the name of the gentleman that helped me on Saturday at 4:30pm (mind...this is 30 minutes before closing). But a couple of notes here. Pay that guy more. Give him some time off. Promote him. Send him to Sherwin Williams corporate as an example of what is right. I came in the store with my two kiddos. This guy awesome. Very helpful. He even helped bring the three cans of paint out to the car and held the door for me because he could see my hands were full. Uncommonly good professionalism. Very nice guy! Thank you for setting the standard.

I was in tonight to purchase paint for my contractor that is remodeling my bathroom. I handed the guy working a list of what I needed not knowing anything about anything on the list and he helped me pick out what products to get and then carried it all to my car. He was so friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service.

I have used this store through two moves over the course of 12 years. The service and product are consistently good. I am pretty sensitive to customer service, these guys nail it every single time. Troy helped me most recently - I so much appreciate his time and knowledge.

We have a shop in Mechanicsburg where we makeover kitchens, baths and furniture as well as carry unique gift items. Needless to say, we use a lot of paint and paint products!!! The guys at this store are the best!!! Always so helpful and friendly!!! They go above and beyond normal customer service!!! This is our first stop for all things paint....

It's not often, while shopping, that all the customers at the cash register have common interests. The day I visited the store it was very busy, and the sales person was working very hard. The people in line started talking and I honestly have to say that I was disappointed when I got my paint and could leave. We all had great experiences to share and all agreed that Sherwin-Williams was the best.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well organized and has plenty of tools in stock. Always a good experience buying paint here.

I get unhurried personal service every time I go there. Whether it’s a large paint purchase or a small one, like last time when I just wanted a touch-up paint container, they went out of their way to get them back in stock and called me.
